We stayed here for about 12 days. The location is great but definitely not for family.

The room was small but we know that when we booked. I give this hotel 1 stars because it is one of the dirtiest hotel I’ve stayed. The carpet was not clean or vacuumed properly and we can still see dirt all along the edge of the carpet. The room has been cleaned every 3 days during our stay but there were tissues on the ground since the day we walked in and it was still there the day we left.

Yes the sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean but the bathroom also has moldy and stuffy smell.

Overall we will not stay here again

This APA hotel was in a great location, with acceptable amenities, and expectedly small rooms.

The location of this hotel and its relatively cheap price is likely the reason you would decide to stay here, and that’s a pretty good reason. The variety of options in this area are immense: food, drinks, shopping, nightlife, and trains. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel amenities were acceptable, the room had everything we needed and the sento was nice enough besides some annoying guests. The rooms are quite small but that should be expected when staying at a business hotel in Tokyo. In the future we would probably pay a little extra to stay somewhere with bigger rooms but this hotel would remain an easy and budget friendly option if needed.

The location of this hotel is excellent - within a few minutes walking distance of a few train stations, most importantly Shinjuku station. The check in was easy, especially with a prepaid reservation.||The room is small but functional, like most business style hotels in Japan. Very efficient layout but definitely on the small side when compared to Western style hotels. The room doesn't have enough space for two large luggage to open up easily inside at the same time, for example. It is more than enough for a solo traveler weekend stay without much luggage. No housekeeping unless requested, besides every third day. I did not stay long enough for it to matter - but they do leave a bag of fresh towels, yukata, and some toiletries each day. I actually was a little annoyed by this - it was a huge bag and just took up extra space in the room, but I guess it is better to have and not need than to need and not have.||There is also a spa on the upper floor, but I did not visit during my stay. A very unique feature and I did see many guests wearing the yukata included in the room on the way up to the spa, so it looks like it was a popular feature.||I did not like the amount of noise at night, although that tends to go with the area. On the 11th floor I was able to hear music and noise well into the early morning hours, so light sleepers beware. The sound insulation on the windows is not sufficient to block out the noise.||For the price, the location and cleanliness are excellent. I would stay again even with the noise issues, since the central location is hard to beat. The price is also excellent - it's a great value for the style of hotel and what they provide at the price.

Great location bad rooms, I can't speak for other apa's but these room are so comically small you can even open your suitcase in them and the view from you room for an entire face of the hotel is that of a concrete wall. For me, it was so bad I immediately booked a different hotel. For what I paid it hardly seems worth the money. For how small the rooms are you minus well stay in a capsule hotel. Not to mention, my room was kinda dirty, the bathroom smells like mildew, and the place is dusty as all hell. Staff seemed nice though

It's typical Tokyo size rooms...fairly tight. Had to open the bathroom door so I could dry off. However, this hotel is smack in the middle of everything. Food, nightlife, transportation. If you're looking for a room to relax, this is not for you. But if you want a convenient place to put your stuff, get a hot shower, and a clean bed to sleep in before doing it all again, this is perfect for you.

窓からの隙間風がひどく、室内の温度は外気温近くまで下がります。ピューピューというサッシ音もひどく眠れません。

フロントに確認したところ、このホテルはそれが標準であるとの回答でした。
他の部屋を確認させてもらったところサッシ音もなく隙間風もほとんど感じられませんでしたがフロントスタッフは同じだと思いますと回答。
サッシ音については部屋の位置の違いで隙間風の量は一緒だと言われましたが、隙間を通り抜ける風の流量で音が鳴るのだから同じだと言い切る意味がわかりません。
最初に来たスタッフは、業者を呼んで修理させますと言い、窓枠にビニールテープを貼って帰って行きました。2人目は上記の言い分でうちの仕様ですの繰り返しでした。

いずれにせよ、なんの対応もありませんでした。
ホテルの言い分をまとめると、すべての部屋で酷い隙間風と風切り音がします。
そしてエアコンは集中管理で暖房に切り替えることもできないので室温は2月の夜の外気温にまで下がります。
騒音と低温環境に晒されるのでとても眠れる部屋ではありません。
すべての部屋が同じだとのことなので、宿泊は辞めた方が無難です。

Booked myself a Double Room, which I feel was really small to be called that. The twin rooms for the rest of my family was adequately sized||The double bed in my room was very comfortable and the extra pillows were much appreciated. Great amenities in the bathroom although the bathroom was also cramped for me||Location is great, within walking distance to Shinjuku area for food, drinks & entertainment. Breakfast was adequate||The staff were brilliant, helping my family with Takuhaibin service (which was extremely professional and arrived before we did at our next destination)

歌舞伎町の中心街に位置するため飲食などに困ることはない。
新大久保の韓国街で食事したあとにも徒歩でホテルに戻れる。
エレベーターホールに入る際とエレベーターのスイッチ押す際にルームキーが必要。周辺地域の治安を考慮ているのか他のアパよりも1段階セキュリティが強化されている。
インバウンド客が多いため手続きに時間を要すためチェックインが行列。
アパのアプリで予約して決済済みであれば並ばずすぐにタッチでチェックインさせてほしかった。
朝食は品数は多いが味がいまいち。
部屋は12階だったが早朝から外で奇声上げている声などはよく聞こえた。
