Sim is a very hospitable and accommodating host. We were personally guided to the place and Sim helped us navigate our way around Fukuoka. My friend and I stayed there for our Christmas break and we had a wonderful time there. The house is near the train station, hot springs and Dazaifu which is a famous tourist spot in the area. We will definitely come back for our next japan trip.

Nice man sharing his nice house , with tatami guest rooms . Minimal bathroom but in fact you you the nice 2 onsens 10mn wlk away .powerful heating and airconditioning. Only reservation is the noise level in the room , from local traffic but it is like this always in Japan because of the lack of insulation everywhere. Plenty of restaurants nearby .ideally located between the 2 railways stations of Futsukaichi . 2 stops from dazaifu .and 15mn also by train from Hakata. Sim is very helpful.

The host mom was very kind and accommodating. The guesthouse was clean, relaxing and safe to stay. I will surely be coming back at Sim's Guesthouse in chikushino Fukuoka Japan.

A nice real guest house. The host is kind and nice person.
The house is clean and have everything you need. I liked the area. Local small Restaurants around, good onsen near by, and a nice shrine around the corner.

Lugar muy tranquilo y lindo. Ordenado con muchas comodidades. Lugar estrategico para ir a visitar templos, onsen o moverse en el area de kyushu.

Very good place, employee very effective and nice, very clean, cheap and convenient because 5 min walk from 2 stations nearby. I recommend it strongly.
