京成小岩駅が眼前にあり、スーパーも近いため、アクセスも良く便利。JR小岩駅からも京成小岩入口までの京成バスがあるので、非常にアクセスしやすい。

全体的に経年により鄙びた感じは否めないが、部屋は広く、所謂マンション型で防音もしっかりしているので過ごしやすい。綺麗すぎない分、却って落ち着く。
部屋によっては、室内に電子レンジもあり、室内のゴミ箱がいっぱいになっても、各階のエレベーター前の大きいゴミ箱に捨てにいけるので、セルフで何でもやる人であれば、使い勝手が良いと思う。

あと、スカイハートホテルの公式サイトの会員になると次回以降予約時に使える10%ポイントキャッシュバックやチェックアウトが1時間延長になる特典もあるので、楽天などの旅行サイトから予約するよりお得になることが多い。

地味に嬉しいのが、公式から予約すると、入室しての掃除はなしで、タオル類やアメニティは毎日交換できるプランを選択できること。連泊時は、遅くまで寝てることが多いのでとても助かる。

ホームページには防音性が高いと書かれていますが、実態は防音性は大変低く、近くを走る電車の音に深夜まで悩まされます。やっと眠れたと思っても始発電車におこされます。
また、隣の部屋との防音性も低く、テレビの音がダダ漏れです。
「マンションタイプ」と言う謎のカテゴリーを挙げていますが、それが建築的に、あるいは防音性能上どう言う効果を示すのか不明ですが、実体験として以前東北で宿泊した駅前の古びれた木造の宿と同等の遮音性ですね！
また、エアコンは埃くさくベットの正面に設置されています。当然就寝中は身体を舐め回すように埃くさい風が降りかかり安眠できません。
安さを凌駕する不快感なのでやめた方がいいですよ！
