I loved staying here! It was very clean, easy to check in and out, I liked being able to use the lounge for work, I was impressed that we got fresh linens and towels every day. If you like the idea of staying in a capsule hotel, I think this is a great one. I have to assume any poor reviews are from people who don't enjoy the capsule experience or don't know what it is. I have no complaints at all.

Great room, great price, get staff.
But, bring ear plugs and an eye mask because people can be loud and slam doors or roll luggage in and out while wearing shoes (all against the rules).
I've stayed here twice and the first time was great. The second time I left because my floor was so noisy I couldn't sleep. Not 9 hours fault, but others who were staying there.

Excellent best-in-class service! Reception staff are superheroes. Responds to requests instantly, even at midnight!

Enjoyed the breakfast option too! It’s at a nearby cafe, but the food is very good and comes with ice tea / ice coffee options.

My first time with capsule hotel was long time ago and had bad experience due to the packing and unpacking noise in the room. Very satisfied with 9 hours because they separate the locker and sleeping area and thus no noise issue. As many has mentioned, the locker area is extremely narrowed and crowded, so it is only convenient if you come with small luggage with minimum packing, for my 2 nights stay there every time I go to the locker area there will be someone doing packing there with their stuff all over the floor. I love the cleanliness of the locker and shower area but hate to go there as every time it’s full of people. Everything is equipped, so bring minimum and you will enjoy your stay in 9 hours as the price is really good for the location. Love the lounge area too, it is really quiet and comfy. It will be good if they provide hot water, microwave or disposable utensils in the lounge area. Capsule is quite spacious and although initially I have concern with the pillow, I end up sleeping very well for the 2 nights, very few disturbances at night apart from the walking and the latch sound from some when they open and close the capsule “curtain” but it’s bearable. Will go back to 9 hours if back in Tokyo, felt really safe as it is a female only capsule, and within walking distances to 2 subway line.

There is no QR code for self-check-in, and the front desk came out very quickly to assist. Thank you very much!Although I was originally worried about whether it would be unsafe at night in the small alley of Shinjuku 2-chome, it was no problem if I walked in the middle of the night (female-only accommodation doubles the security).The environment is very clean, and the capsule's curtain has a first-class light-blocking effect. When you pull it up, you can fall asleep easily, and no outside lights will shine through.The overall experience is very good, I will come again next time!

施設は良い。
勝手に誰でも入ってこれるような、セキュリティがばがばで、B1Fにどう見ても男がいた。女と話ながら出ていったが、これはあり得ないと思う。
場所はラブホも横にあるような飲み屋街。夜中は3時くらいまでうるさい。これは承知の上で予約しているので低評価の一因ではない。

The hotel has a separate washing area and separate lockers, so it is difficult to be disturbed when sleeping upstairs (except for snoring). The 9th floor is a public space with a beautiful view. After checking in, I felt safe and satisfied as soon as I entered the first floor. I will recommend it to my friends and my next stay.

It's really great. The separation of luggage and sleeping area is a really excellent design. It can ensure that the sleeping area is absolutely quiet, and no one will make the sound of packing luggage in the middle of the night (especially the sound of paper bags and plastic bags). The entire youth hostel is really excellent. The overall stay experience and cleanliness are perfect. I stayed for 4 days in a row, and the pajamas, towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste in the bag were all updated every day, which was really great. It’s perfect for a single person. I’ll choose this place again next time I come.
