The location of the hotel is very good. It takes 5 minutes to walk to two different subway lines. It takes about 10 minutes to reach downtown Shinjuku and the vicinity of Isetan Department Store. Free bread and coffee, sugar-free yogurt, and oatmeal milk are available in the morning. Red and white wine, sake, cheese y, donuts, and a coffee machine are available before 10 o'clock in the evening.Stayed in a 3-person room. The corridor is very spacious and can accommodate a 24-inch suitcase. The coffee in the hotel is very delicious, but it is a pity that the coffee beans are not sold. The service staff speak good English and there are many European and American people staying here!

Although it is a bit far to walk to the station and you have to turn at the end of the cabaret street, the hotel is very beautiful and the room is bigger than expected. There is free breakfast in the lobby. The donuts are beautiful and delicious. Not only is it beautiful, but it also has a happy hour. The room is quite large. The 19-square-meter room can accommodate two 29-inch suitcases. The location is also good. It is located in the middle of two subway stations, and it is also very convenient to take the bus. The hotel provides free simple breakfast, as well as alcohol from the afternoon to evening.Only the table in the room had a thick layer of dust, and the cleaning could be improved.

The staff spoke good English, so there were no problems with communication.I said there was no need to clean the room, but the staff put towels and water in a bag.It was very convenient to hang it on the door, and note that the dryer is hanging on the wall. There are two places on the first floor of the hotel where you can comfortably sit and wait, and they provide free bread and coffee, as well as donuts and alcohol in the evening.The quality is okay. It was nice to have a latte and bread for breakfast and then go out.It was about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station, and it was worth walking with a suitcase.The room was quite spacious, the water pressure was good, and I had a good rest.

Great service, reception staff were always really helpful
Rooms are nice and cleaned daily, a tad small but not a problem. They are soo dark which was great for sleeping and beds comfy
Free breakfast was okay, no fruit or anything particularly healthy - just pastries and sugary cereals. Free drinks 5-9pm included lovely choice of wines, sake and whiskey was a bonus!

It's nice to agree on the price in advance. The location is OK and you can explore Shinjuku within walking distance. I really like the dry cleaning machine on the second floor. I went there in January. Washing and drying clothes was a headache. This machine solves the problem, but it is a bit time-consuming.The room has hanging ears and breakfast is provided at the front desk, which we think is pretty good. It would be better if there is a triple room, so you can have a better rest. It was a bit crowded for our family of three.

Small rooms but great service and location! The added bonus every morning till 10am was breakfast bread, croissants, coffee, muesli and yoghurt as well as cereal if required. Evening was free drinks alcohol or non alcoholic. Sake, whisky and red wine.

Rooms were tiny but expected. What we didn't expect was the bathroom felt like a bathroom in an RV / camper . Nevertheless, housekeeping did an amazing job making sure the room was spotless. Morning refreshments included mostly sweets but they were still a good treat
