Staying here was great, and very affordable! Very clean, compact room and restroom. I was impressed by how clean the bathroom was. Not a huge amount of space but a great value for a comfortable place to rest. I like that the main lobby doors are room key access only past a certain time of night, it makes it feel secure. We experienced no problems.

The only downside as other reviews have said is that it can get a bit loud at night from the street noise but that's not the hotel's fault. Convenient location near lots of things, including a convenience store for anything you need.

都内に所用があり利用させていただきました。
CABINを贔屓にしておりまして、地方に出張した時もCABINがあれば利用していたので、今回も迷わず此方に決めました。
フロントの方、外国人の方でしたが、とても綺麗な日本語を話されていて接客も丁寧で素敵な方だと思いました。
部屋は広さは他所と同じ位ですが、机などのレイアウトがとても良く使いやすかったです。バスルームも清潔感があり、気持ち良く使えました。
朝食は外国の方が多いせいか、日本食をアピールするようなメニューが多いように思いました。
きんぴら、ひじき煮、切干大根など家の常備菜的なお惣菜があり、嬉しい限りでした。特に佃煮の種類が多く、これは他のCABINでは無い江戸前ならではの特徴で、日本人の私はホッとする朝食でした。
また機会があれば利用したいと思います。

Breakfast was great! Great selections and the quality was really good. Highly recommended.
They have a few little cubicle counters that made the experience nicer. Food is always topped up so nothing is out. Nice touch to let you take out a cup of coffee. Clean and organized environment. The main lady staff is too super friendly and on top of everything. Extra star for her! ⭐️
Great location and a very cozy hotel.
Clean rooms and stocked up amenities.

The hotel breakfast was great! They had an amazing selection of food at a cheap price.

The cleaning staff were amazing! They made sure everything is tidy and they do it so quickly.

The rooms might be slightly small, but it has everything you need for travel. Would recommend this reasonably priced hotel if you are in the Shinjuku area.

Room small but at this area is consider good. Cleaning is good. Just the window can't open, so I not prefer. And the breakfast I feel so so only. I will suggest having breakfast at outside. Otherwise I feel good enough on this price.

新宿最寄りに宿泊しようと検索しコスパ重視でセレクト。歌舞伎町のど真ん中、正確には大久保病院の横なので、少し安心感ある場所ではある、まあ西武新宿駅が近くだ。夜の歌舞伎町を通ってホテルに向かうのは少し嫌な感はあるが冒険だと思えば楽しめる。ホテルはやはり外国人が多い。部屋も洗面所、風呂も清潔だ。朝食も頑張っている充実度は高い。

歌舞伎町近くで夜中まで若者の声が聞こえてきました。
が、サービス良し、安いのに客室も綺麗。
朝ごはんも種類が多くて美味しかったです！
