Google maps doesn’t bring you to the right address. I communicated with the owner and she was prompt to response when I was still in Canada, but when I was in Japan no assistance was provided during our stay, missed many of my calls when I needed confirmation about the exact location. Strict rules about shower times, I find it odd because they only allow you to shower in the morning and there’s a cut off time.

Nijiro days

エアビーで1泊だけですが、利用しました。
チェックインより早めに到着しましたが親切に
対応して頂きました。

私が泊まった時は、音に皆さん気をつけていたのか
ほとんど気にならなかったです。
部屋もシンプルで清潔感ありました。
2階の方が日当たりがよく気持ち良かったので
明るさが欲しい方は2階をおすすめします。

階段は急で狭いので気をつけて下さい(^^)
水回りも掃除が行き届いていましたので、気持ちよく利用できました。ありがとうございました。

まず単に宿として利用するのであれば
その辺のビジネスホテルの方がよっぽどマシだと思います。
宿泊客をお迎えするという基本的な接客が全く出来て無いです。
宿に着いてインターホン押しても全く反応無し‼️
10分くらい呼び掛けても全く反応無し‼️
しびれを切らして電話しても留守番サービス！
どうなっとんねん?
少しでも早くゆっくりしたかったんだけどなぁ。
しばらくしたら電話かかって来て
また しばらくしたら 訳の分からん外国人のスタッフ？登場。
で またしばらくしたら何か判らんおばちゃん登場。
このおばちゃんがまたちょっと・・・
何時に来るか分からないし とか
コインランドリー行ってた とか
一人やってるから とか・・?
知らんがなそんなん(۳˚Д˚)۳
客にそんなん言う？?

これ 大袈裟でもなんでもない ホントの話です。
予約してあって キャンセルしても 当たり前だけどキャンセル料かかるんで 仕方なくお世話になったけど
Googleのクチコミで高評価を信じて
予約した自分がバカでした。

追記
宿そのものはゲストハウスなんで何でも揃っているし ベッド?も布団も綺麗でふかふかで ぐっすりと快眠する事が出来ました。
東京観光の拠点にするなら ありだと思いますけど・・・?

Hana an is 6 minutes by foot from the nearest Keisei Kanamachi station, in a north east part of Tokyo.|| keisei Kanamachi is easy access from Keisei Takasago station where both Keisei Line limited express and Sky Access Line from Narita Airport stop.|| (I was lucky not to need going to central area with my heavy baggage.)|| Tokyo Sky Tree is just 15 minutes, Just 10 minutes to Yotsugi where is home town of football animation ”Captain Tsubasa”, each by train. ||If you'd like to go to the central area (for example Tokyo Station), JR Kanamachi station is also convenient.|||| This guest house was reformed and opened in 2015 keeping atmosphere of typical early Showa era style wooden house.|| It's calm day and night around the house cause of in a residential area.|| Guest rooms are small though, clean and comfortable, as well as beds.|| Shared toilets and shower rooms are separated as Japanese style.|||| Don't worry about foods. You can find local restaurants, fast foods, Izakaya, convenience stores, supermarkets or Starbacks Cafe around Kanamachi Station. (金町製麺 Kanamachi Seimen is recommended!) || The affordable cafe is next door of the house, and you can buy some delicatessen in a meat shop in front of the flower shop.|||| The owner is very friendly and helpful. I'd join cooking experience of Japanese food in the guest house, when staying next time.

This place was awesome. It was my first time in Japan and this was the first place me and my buddy stayed. The owner was a very nice lady who spoke a little bit of English. Even though the caretaker didn't really speak any English, and we hardly spoke any Japanese, he helped us out a lot as well; showing us how to get to different places and bringing us food. The train station is just a short walk away with a whole plethora of places to eat and shop. My friend and I cancelled a reservation at another hotel so we could stay here longer. If you want a really simple place to stay with new guest to meet everyday than this is the place for you.
