Location perfect. Room was quite spacious. There were a lot of helpful things to take from the lobby like creams, sponges, cottons, etc.. A lot of staff members to help you. Plenty washing machines. Toilet paper was a bit too thin.
Breakfast was not so good. I would like more egg selection and vegetables and cheese. Plus the heated meals were a bit cold.

The hotel looks new and the rooms are big, comfortable and super clean! Love the facilities (i.e. vending machines, ice machine, laundry, etc). The location was so so convenient and only 5 mins walk to the Shinjuku station. There are also Family mart just opposite of the hotel. Furthermore, for those who wants to take the airport limousine transfer, it's just at the doorstep. Will definitely stay in this hotel again on my next trip.

Stayed here for 5 nights while visiting Tokyo. The breakfast in the morning eas great a very filling. They have a bunch of toiletries that you can grab from the lobby to use in your room. The room was a good size for being in Tokyo.

The hotel was fine, but the room was super small. The room and bathroom are about the size of a cruise ship room. AVOID the breakfast buffet. It was the worst buffet that I have ever had. The only thing I liked was the water. The scrambled eggs were like soup. The staff were fantastic. They also sell 24-hour subway cards at the front desk. I think we paid around $8.00 USD. It was totally worth it. Just double check on which lines you can use. They also offer a bus to the airport from the hotel for only $25 USD. It is right next to a subway exit. No view at all from the room The window was frosted so you couldn't see anything.

I only stayed one night and at a high price. The location is extremely convenient in Shinjuku. The airport limo bus stops wither right outside or get the more regular one to the Keio dept store and walk 3 mins. There are free toiletries in reception if you need them - but a lot of single use plastics (even Japan is getting a little bit better at this now). That’s where the good things end.
The check in and check out is all automated and quite chaotic. Staff are not very friendly or available. The room I stayed in was so hot. The air con did not change the temperature. It was very small and old fashioned. The bathroom smelt of drains and had an unhygienic shower curtain.
For the price I would not stay here again. It’s a budget and dated hotel which takes advantage of its central location. I’d rather stay elsewhere and have a better hotel experience.

I booked this hotel for 5 nights thinking that it would be a comfortable stay. This hotel has the worst bed that I have ever been on and I stay at a lot of hotels.
On our 3rd night and my upper back is cramping from the very firm bed. My husband and I keep waking up it’s just so uncomfortable and they offered no solution except to put extra blankets underneath which also didn’t help. I requested to check out earlier as I can’t take it anymore but they wouldn’t refund or offer any other solutions. Do not book this hotel if you have issues with sleeping on a really firm bed (it’s like sleeping on the floor).

Been this hotel before and love the location, that why I book this again. Arrive at night and receptionist direct me to Room 807. Do shower and get to bed after my long flight. The moment I remove the bed cover sheet. It shocking me that the bed sheet is dirty, its has red spot and I look deeply....there is a bug! I call receptionist right after ask them to change the sheet, and they said there is no housekeeping at night. Receptionist came to my room and change it himself. Once he remove the bed sheet.....I look at the padding is ever worst! It has big dirt spot and I ask him just forget it and request to change another room. That is 12am already 🙁 I never thought of Japan will have this kind of issue as they always been efficient and clean. I cannot believe such a big hotel in Shinjuku can have this kind of situation. Bed Bugs!!! How can I have a good sleep tonight?

Location was amazing !!! It was so close to Shinjuku station, food/drinks and the shopping areas. The front desk lady who helped us hold our bags while we had to wait for check-in was super friendly. Another front desk staff was nice and made an extra key for me when I misplaced it.

Some not so good stuff… Some of the staff were not kind or helpful. One female front desk staff with glasses was loud with attitude yelling at a guest one night when we were there. It was not a good experience tbh. The breakfast buffet would run out of food within a few hours and serve lukewarm (not fresh) and when I asked for a fresh batch, they said they would be out / not replace it with fresh food. The options for the breakfast buffet were very limiting and the quality was not as up to par compared to other Japanese hotel we stayed at. Rooms were old and extremely small for the price we payed.

I wouldn’t come back to this in this area or hotel when in Japan. It was good to experience once.
