I'm glad I chose this hotel. The sanitary environment is very good and the decoration is stylish and comfortable. The entire hotel is in a courtyard style, with a large green space and lake at the back where you can feed small fish and ducks. There are also public baths, indoor and outdoor, which are very clean. The room is very spacious, with a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. The viewing balcony on the 12th floor is very quiet. You can sit in a daze while watching Mount Fuji in your free time. Highly recommended, I will choose it next time

いつも御殿場プレミアム・アウトレットに行った時に宿泊します。
夕食は決まって鉄板焼をお願いしています。
いつ食べても外れの無い美味しさです。
他にも京懐石・イタリアンもあるんですけどこちらの鉄板焼に魅了されててなかなか他で食事をとることが出来ないかな。
いつかは他での食事も楽しみたいと思ってます。

It is a 5-minute drive from the outlet and takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. The hotel room is very large and the hotel also has hot springs. The hot springs next to the volcano must be real hot springs. If you are lucky enough to go out early in the morning, you can see the entire Mount Fuji. , the waiters are also very friendly and enthusiastic, good reviews!

The hotel's environment is garden-like, overlooking Mount Fuji (it's a pity that there is a building blocking the view). It feels good to sit and drink tea in the room. You need to make a reservation in advance to go to the restaurant. There happens to be a * girl who is doing an internship and provides Chinese service. There is a hot spring but I didn't go there. The rooms and facilities are pretty good.

ホテルの敷地が広く散歩にも良いです。
鯉の餌やりは子供たちが喜んで、もう一回やりたいとお願いされました。
富士山を眺められるのはx05号室又はx06号室になります。
こればかりはどうすることもできませんが、富士山の手前にマンションが建っているのが残念です。

Everything was perfect other than the receptionist’s service. A male staff at the reception served us and we found his service to be unprofessional and awkward. we were unsure if he was uncomfortable speaking English or just generally has a different attitude towards us than the locals. We’d been observing and he would greet locals very enthusiastically whilst toward us, he didn’t even greet a simple “good morning” while we greeted him. For a four-stars hotel, it’d be good to have someone at the front desk who can treat every customer equally and respectfully. However, other staffs were very polite and smiley the entire time.

It is located in Gotemba but not exactly near any particular key food or shopping area but near enough to drive to the Premium Outlet, Hakone, Mount Fuji etc as a base. Of course top notch cleanliness. However, front office staff spoke little English and was not particularly helpful and welcoming. Beautiful fishing pond and surrounds. Good Onsen as well.

館内は何処も綺麗で大変満足しました。
また、サプライズプロポーズにも協力して頂き本当に感謝しています。
