very good!The location is very convenient. There are convenience stores, bus stops, restaurants and cafes nearby. It is a week's walk from various parks and art museums. It is one kilometer away from Shibuya Station commercial center. There are two bus stops away. It is fun to walk all the way there and go shopping. .The store driver is a very professional operator and the service is very good. The room is very clean and very Japanese-style. The hotel provides toiletries and a hairdryer, as well as free drinking water, coffee, and Japanese tea.Like it very much!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel in general and our room was very clean and cozy. We had a room with tatamis and it was a nice experience. It was also very convenient with a combini and a bus stop to shibuya around the corner. Shibuya scramble was also about 13min by foot.

Amazing hotel which we found on Booking. We messaged the hotel saying we c9uld arrive later than expected and they replied in no time at all, and our late arrival was not problem. The hotel is within walking distance of Shibuya Scamble crossing, and it is ao peaceful and quiet (please keep in mind we are quite young, so the walk was np issue, but there are many taxis too)
The front of the hotel was stunning, and made for great photos - we arrived at night and ot was lit up beautifully.
We received a warm welcome and staff who provided information in English. Staff were very friendly and kind ?
The room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in a japanese twin room. There was Tatami (straw floor) and futon. We also had shoji (paper) doors, which were beautiful with the moonlight. From the windows we could see the snow fall and local streets.
The room had heating/air con, and was very cosy despite the snow outside. Our room had a private toilet and bath.
The staff were wonderful and awoke early to greet us when checking out.
Also, there are 24h convenience stores nearby, these were very convenient for snacks and such. We will be staying here again!

I booked a traditional style room with private toilet and bath. My room was located in the ground floor but didn’t experience any inconvenience. The host was very helpful and speaks to me in English. Check in and check out process was very smooth. I slept in a futton and it was very comfortable i loved it!

Abit far from the station but can save quite a bit of money. Clean place, service is good

A terrific place to stay! Our room was large, quiet, comfortable and clean. The location is convenient to bus and train. FamilyMart and a few cafes near by. The staff is super friendly, gracious and helpful. We will visit again.

First hotel we stayed at for our month long trip to Japan. Great stay, the room was very spacious for three people. We all had three large suitcases and smaller bags so they all fit in nicely with additional space to sit.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Very interesting experience sleeping in a futon.

Unfortunately views aren’t that great here, but it’s a very good location, for exploring shibuya. It was about a 20 minute walk to shibuya station.

Only real negative was that there was no lift and we had to drag all our luggage upstairs around a spiral staircase to the 3rd floor and back down when we checked out. Definitely got our muscles working!

However overall the staff were very friendly and accommodating, asking if we would like our room cleaned or left and helping us with ordering a taxi to our next hotel. Not all the staff were fluent in English but they did very well in providing the best service.

Perfect, humble inn for a stay in Shibuya. They have wonderful 3 person rooms--which is what I needed--at a very good price. I needed an inn to stay at for a single night before I hopped on the shinkansen the next morning, and this was perfect. The futons were very comfortable. In the morning you can walk across the street to Denny's for an early morning breakfast. If you want to stay for longer in Shibuya, this is a great location!
