Overpriced drinks, two drinks for 1470 yen. Almond milk was on the menu but was told sold out and then the sticker was added to the menu. Costs extra for sugar and a takeaway cup. I tried the home roasting coffee, it was drip coffee. I don't think there is a proper espresso machine here. Matcha drink was OK, but needed sugar. Vending machine drinks have been nicer. There is free parking though it is small

Came here for a breakfast since this shop is open from the early morning hours unlike other ones in the vicinity. We had two sandwiches, one with bacon and the other with smoked mackerel, both choices were very decent, tasty. Brewed coffee was pleasantly strong. Would be nice if there were some small sweets available like scone, croissant to go with the coffee.

Super cozy and homey place to have a nice coffee, to refresh. The sandwiches of Katsuo 🥪 and laksa noodle with fying fish, were delicious!
A hidden place with great atmosphere. The owner lady is super friendly too. Will come back again 🙏🏼

Came to Yakushima to attend the weight loss program and visited a wonderful cafe run by a nice lady. Recommend to buy Gyosan; colorful flip flop made in Japan. Also Banana Cocoa and Amazake fruits smoothie were awesome. Try baked sandwich too.

Amazing small cafe, opens very early, perfect for a chill breakfast in the morning. Their honey bread is very very good. I hope I can go back again.

Nice little Café near the harbour in a side-street run by a friendly young lady. It opens already at 7:30, so it is a good place to stop for morning coffee.
We decided to try the coffee with banana, and we didn’t really know what to expect. But we absolutely loved it, we even went back the day after for another one!
It is a bit hidden, and mainly visited by locals. We felt very welcome, and with google translate it is easy to communicate.

Come and enjoy a cup of Yukushima banana coffee to start your morning, so creamy the banana paste on top of the hot ☕️. This little cafe opens daily at 7:30am, run by a nice lady.

The laksa was definitely an interesting experience! The soup was flavourful. It consisted of flying fish, shell fish, and fish cakes. If you’re looking for something easy/clean to it, this isn’t it. You’ll have to get your hands dirty with opening the shellfish and the flying fish has little bones to be careful of.

Coffee and homemade ginger ale were nice. The ginger ale had a strong lemon flavour. Coffee was mild.

I wish we had more time for the mint choco ice cream. It’s homemade with mint from their garden. I’d have loved to try it.

Overall, this shop has a nice earthly atmosphere. It’s charming and feels like an island life shop.
