This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in during this trip. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. Let’s talk about the advantages first. I wanted to go to Fujinomiya because I wanted to see the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center in Shizuoka Prefecture, so I went to Ido Hotel to find it. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the Heritage Center, and the hotel is located directly from the main Fujinomiya JR station and the bus terminal, so the location is good. All supplies should be provided in the hotel, as usual. When it comes to hygiene issues, points will be deducted. I went to the hotel to check-in that night and planned to close the curtains to increase my privacy. Suddenly, I found a big black insect crawling on the curtains. I immediately asked to change rooms, and I got a 1,000 yuan refund from the hotel. I can get a room at zero. The staff said there might be a lot of insects flying into the hotel in the summer, but when I stayed in the hotel, it was November and it was already autumn...haven't the rooms been cleaned all season? When it comes to rooms, I can only say that you get what you pay for. The toilet is super small, but it has a bathtub. Since the space is so small, why don’t you just install a shower? When I got into the bathtub, it was difficult to turn around and I had to bump my hands and feet. Finally, another thing that was the same was a bed sheet. There were a lot of black stains on the bed sheet. It felt like it was not cleaned well. It would never happen again in this hotel.
