場所は駅から近いが結構な斜度の上にある。コンビニ、バー、レストラン等も近くにあり便利がいい。部屋は広く、11階だったので眺めもそれなりに良かった。風呂場は広く十分に寛ぐことが出来ました。フロントで選べるアメニティも品揃えがあり良かった。洗面器の排水管に詰りがあるらしく、笑えてしまうくらい音が鳴るのが残念でした。拘りがなければ無料の朝食もある。部屋が広く価格も安く感じるが、連泊で清掃無しでもタオルは取り替えておいて欲しかった。１泊25,000円以上のホテルでは、初めて自ら取りに行きました。

全体的には問題ありませんでした。私が泊まった部屋は、ホテルの階下にレストランがあったため、排煙の問題で、キッチンからの煙の匂いが部屋に充満していました。全然寝てない。その後、夜勤をしていた日本人の女の子がやって来て、確かにタバコの煙の匂いがとても強いことに気づきましたが、チェックイン当日は部屋が満室だったので、やむを得ず着替えを手伝うと約束してくれました。翌日の部屋。翌日は階下のレストランが正月休みだったので、キッチンは動かず、臭いも消えていたので、交換しませんでした。少し言葉を失ったのは、ホテルの夜勤中の男性で、見た目は南アジア系か東南アジア系の人でした（もちろんタイや周辺国出身ではありません）英語は流暢ではありませんでした。私は唖然とし、コミュニケーションを続けることや、私の言ったことを理解しようとすることについて何も言いませんでした。ディズニーなどのパークに行くためだけに日本に行ったので、たくさんのものを買いましたが、京都から送った大きな箱もホテルにいくつか回収に来てくれました。タイに戻る飛行機が午前中だったので、朝の3時にホテルまで送ってもらえるように車を予約していたのですが、午前3時に階下に行って荷物を取りに行きたいと言ったのですが、 「実は、南アジア勤務の男性が、この時間に取りに来るように言われました。いいえ、従業員はみんな寝ていたので、本当に言葉を失いました。物は、フロントの隣の従業員室に置かれていました。私は、捕まえなければならないと言いました」今飛行機です。もう出発しなければなりませんでした。飛行機に乗れなかったというのはどういう意味ですか? ? ?それなら私のために取り出してください。ホテルから小型の平台トラックを借りました。とても小さかったです。速達を受け取るには小さすぎました。品質はあまり良くありませんでした。大きな荷物が 9 つありました。ホテルのフロントから一人で歩いて行きました。何度もエレベーターに乗り、200キロの荷物を階下に運びましたが、スタッフはそれを見ていましたが、助けが必要かどうか丁寧に尋ねることさえしませんでした。

一泊35000円程度ですが、部屋は至って普通です。基本的にセルフサービスで、連泊の場合アメニティの入れ替え、タオルの交換、部屋の掃除はデフォルトでやってくれません。

普段ホテル住まいが多いのですが、この価格帯で意思表示必要なのは初めてでした。掃除くらいするだろうと思って帰ってきてなにもされてなく、しわくちゃのベッドで寝ました。不味そうな朝食が無理やりつけられてるのもいりません。

バスタブの栓は水抜く際、ボタンや引き上げ
るための鎖はなく、手で栓を引き抜かなくてはなりません。爪が剥がれるかと思った笑

今回、急な用事でこのホテルにしましたが2度と泊まりません。

Delightful stay with great service and amenities.

Not sure what’s with all the negative reviews, but I really enjoyed my stay here. There’s a counter with free amenities to really help you maximize your stay while the rooms provide you with everything you need from toothbrush, shampoo, soap, lotion and even bedroom slippers.

While the breakfast was just ok, they do provide a daily local Japanese option which was really delicious and great way to try local cuisine in the morning.

Super clean, quiet and 5 mins walk to Ebisu station. Will definitely stay here again.

出張で利用しました。1室のクオリティが非常に高く大満足でした。ベッドも全室シモンズ製らしく寝心地も最高でした。渋谷・新宿にもアクセスが良く立地も完璧です。最高しか出て来ないホテルでした。

ホテルの細部までとても良いです。フロントで受け取ることができるさまざまなアメニティ、ハンドクリーム、無料のドリンクもあります。バスルームは乾湿別に分かれています。唯一の欠点は、部屋が少し狭いことです。小さい。

Overall, everything was OK. The room I stayed in was because there was a restaurant downstairs in the hotel, so due to the smoke exhaust problem, my room was filled with the smell of smoke from the kitchen. Since the restaurant downstairs was closed for the New Year the next day, the kitchen was not working and the smell was gone, so I didn’t change it.What left me a little speechless was a guy on the night shift in the hotel. He looked a bit like a South Asian or a Southeast Asian (certainly not from Thailand or surrounding countries). His English was not fluent. When I spoke a little faster, he looked confused. , I was stunned and didn’t say anything about continuing to communicate or trying to understand what I said. Because I went to Japan just to buy things and go to parks like Disney, I bought a lot of things. The hotel also helped me collect several large boxes that I mailed from Kyoto. The flight was back to Thailand in the morning, so I booked a car to come to the hotel for drop-off at three in the morning. I went downstairs at three in the morning and said I wanted to pick up my luggage, but the guy on duty in South Asia actually told me to pick it up at this time. No, because all the employees were asleep, I was really speechless. The things were placed in the employee room next to the reception. I said I had to catch a plane now. I had to leave now. What do you mean I couldn't get it? ? ? Then take it out for me. I borrowed a small flatbed truck from the hotel. It was really small. It was even too small to pick up express delivery. The quality was not very good. I had nine large pieces of luggage. I just walked from the hotel front desk alone. I took the elevator many times and carried my two hundred kilograms of stuff downstairs. The staff saw it and didn't even ask politely if I needed help.

The details of the hotel are really good. There are various toiletries that you can pick up at the front desk, even hand cream, and free drinks. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small.
