Good hotel, clean and modern. Room is fairly big for Tokyo standard and even includes a washing machine. Pretty good noise isolation.

Some nice bars and restaurant right outside the building.

Great hotel! The room was comfortable with nothing to complain about at all. The staff were all friendly and had very good English as we unfortunately do not speak Japanese.

The main highlight for me was the location, which was fantastic. It was close to Shibuya but on a relatively quiet street with great restaurant and bar options. We asked for a quiet room and were able to sleep with window open. Highly recommend!

I had the most warm welcome for my daughter. It was great service from the ladies at the counter during our check in day! Everyone is very kind with their smiles.?The housekeeper especially the cleaning lady is also very nice and understanding. She also had her great smiles on her face. Otherwise room is fine, we did not spend much time in the room so it doesn’t actually bother us. Close to Shibuya shopping area. Few minutes walk to a station and lawson. Area is very calm. I would recommend people to stay here. Had our luggage left for 2 days when we left for mount fuji. Greats service with great keeping. Thanking everyone at the hotel. Recommend you guys to sta

延長料金が1万円しました。ホテルの立地は裏渋にあって良く、24時間スーパーもあり便利でホテルの部屋に電子レンジなど揃っており良かったです。ですが、ホテルに泊まる際毎回延長をしてしまう私たちはもう泊まらないです。延長料金を聞く前はまたここに泊まろうと話していたので残念です。あと水も置いてありません。

Great stay with no issues. ||The hotel is located close to Shibuya Station at around 600 - 800m away depending on which exit you chose. Great little walk but keep in mind if you are pushing suitcases it is mostly up a reasonably steep incline (just something to keep in mind). ||The general areas is great...vending machines and Family Mart on the way home to top up supplies. ||Comfy room, clothes washing machine and dryer, decent sized living area and bathroom (not huge but ok by western standards). We did not use the breakfast option so have no insight. Slippers and PJs supplied. ||If you are reading this you are most likely about the area as much as the hotel. We enjoyed the mix of old and new around every corner and felt safe.

Tokyu Stay Shibuya hotel is located near to Shinsen station but walking distance to Shibuya area.Check in time is 15:00hrs and check out time is 11:00hrs. This hotel features free wifi, 24-hour front desk services, terrace garden at level 9 and breakfast (only if you purchased) at level 1. One key notable feature is that there is a washing machine with dryer in your room.We stayed in a standard double room and is spacious enough for 3 luggage’s and there is still walking space. In addition to that, it also have a side table and chairs for you to have your snacks and food in the room.In terms of room facilities, it features a bathroom with bathtub and toilet cubicle. Hair dryer and there’s a mini bar fridge are also provided. There is also cooking induction for you to do some simple cooking with their provided pot, plates and utensils. At level 1, there is vending machines (chargeable) provided but there is one coffee machine (free) provided as well. There is like a lounge area for you to chit chat and have a coffee. There is also a convenience store or mini supermarket just opposite the hotel (24 hours) which you can do your purchases. Overall I very satisfied with the stay at this hotel, and really appreciate the higher floor due to me having a longer stay at this hotel. Thank you very much.

2泊3日利用させていただきました。渋谷駅から道玄坂2かけて非常に混雑しているため、立地は△です。ですが、部屋にはドラム式洗濯機、電子レンジ、IHコンロなど生活用具が揃っており長期滞在に向いたホテルだと思いました。朝ごはんは和食と洋食の2つで、電子レンジで温めて食べます。トイレ、バスともに綺麗でした。コンセントも多く、USBポートもありとても便利です。冷蔵庫には水は入っておりません。渋谷の街中なのにも関わらず静かでした。

Small room with laundry machine and small kitchen. Carpet flooring, low ceiling and fabric sofa are what I don’t like. Location with 5-7 min walkng to Shobuya famous intersection is what’s good in my view
