東急ステイグループのホテルはよく泊まるのですが、ここは初めて泊まりました。
｢プレミア｣という名前に期待しましたが、他の東急ステイよりやや古く感じ、ユニットバスは生乾きの臭いが酷かったです。

あと、これは他の東急ステイにも言えることですが、部屋にミネラルウォーターもコーヒーも置いていないのは、ビジネスホテルとしてどうなんだろうと思います。
コロナも終わった今、サービスとして、前の状態に戻すべきでは無いでしょうか。

無料のコーヒーサーバーがフロント横にありますが、朝起きて、寝ぼけ眼でフロントまでコーヒー取りに行くのはキツイですし、酒を飲んで帰ってきて、水を買い忘れた場合、部屋には何も飲むものがありません。

海外在住のため日本に帰国時はいつもこちらに宿泊しています。
一番の魅力は立地。銀座線外苑前駅まで徒歩３分ほどなのでどこに行くのも便利です。24時間オープンの成城石井、スタバ、ドラッグストア、ファミリーマートも徒歩圏内。
ただ、部屋はとても狭いです。
ベッドのサイズはシングルでも大きめなので寝心地は良いですが。
洗濯機が付いているので長期滞在でも問題ないです。
タオル交換&ごみ捨ては毎日お願いできますが、部屋の掃除、ベッドメーキングは７泊ごとなので3日目くらいになるときれいなシーツが恋しくなりました。
受付やスタッフのみなさんはとても親切で対応もよく、いつも満足しています

Then I went to have breakfast the next morning, only to find that everything was frozen. I would give you a small basket and ask you to take it back to the room's microwave to heat it up. In such a small room, you still have to take care of cooking and eating. Even the rice is given to you, and a lunch box similar to a rice cooker is given to you to cook... In addition, the soup in the freezer is too tasteless. Just eat oatmeal and milk, and take some frozen bread and beat it.Quick-frozen salmon is okay even after being heated.Anyway, the location, service, scenery, and facilities are all good, and you can also try the breakfast. All in all, it’s good?I will definitely book it again when I go to Harajuku in the future.

原宿の近くに買い物に行きやすいように、近くのホテルを予約しました。とてもユニークです。地下鉄の入り口から約 200 メートルの距離にあります。ホテルは 14 階以上です。部屋はまだ狭くて残念ですが、窓の外の景色はとても良く、夜には夜景が見えます。しかし、ホテルの隣には墓地があります。一番特徴的なのは朝7時から夜9時までの朝食で、その時は「すごいな」と思いました。翌朝朝食を食べに行くと、すべてが凍っていたので、小さなカゴを渡して、部屋の電子レンジに持ち帰って温めてもらいます。狭い部屋でも、作るのも食べるのも自分でやらなければならず、ご飯すら与えられ、炊飯器のようなお弁当箱を渡されて作ってもらうことになるのですが…さらに、中のスープも…。冷凍庫は不味すぎる。オートミールと牛乳を食べて、冷凍パンを食べて叩いてください。急速冷凍した鮭は加熱しても大丈夫です。とにかく立地、サービス、景色、設備全てが良く、朝食もお試し頂けます。全体的にとても良かったです?今後原宿に行くときは必ず予約します。

場所は外苑前付近でアクセスが良いのですが、部屋の掃除が行き届いていません。
埃っぽく、排水溝の臭いも気になりました。
エアコンからはカビの臭いがしたのですぐに消しました。
いつから掃除がされていないのか…
この値段であればもっと良いホテルがある、というのが率直な感想です。

This stay experience was quite bad! There is discrimination in hotel row rooms. The bedside of Chinese rooms faces the cemetery, but the Europeans and Americans passing by are not from this side! On purpose? ! Then, there was a smell of urine on the toilet floor in the room. I thought it was not cleaned properly.Moreover, we strongly remind everyone not to book a room with breakfast! ! Because for breakfast you have to take the frozen stuff back to your room and cook it yourself! Very outrageous! Including rice! right! You read that right, you have to cook your own rice or hot and cold sandwiches!Moreover, the hotel only provides towel changes during your stay, and will not even wash the cups in the room for you, let alone make the bed, so you are paying for military training!

The location is amazing, and the washing machine in the room too. The hotel is nice but the room doesn’t look like 4 stars, especially toilets. We had bad smell problem, they were super responsive trying to fix it but it was not possible.Another problem is that you’ll not have your room cleaned every day, and this doesn’t sound 4 stars too.The staff has been very kind and useful for any needs we had. Wifi is ok .
