A very old, run down hotel. Staff are doing the best they can, but the age of the hotel is really showing.

Carpets need deep clean, some old hairs on the carpet and bed existed. Luggage and physical marks on the wall. Cracks and yellowing in the bathroom tiles.

Great location for sure in Shibuya, but the hotel is in need of a renovation, if they can even afford one. And how much they charge, better off staying at a more established business hotel than here.

気持ち悪くなるぐらいカーペット汚いし壁は汚れてる、壁紙は剥がれてきてる。エアコン無し。シャワーカーテン短すぎ。体を洗うスポンジは皿洗いと同じスポンジ。ハンドタオルでいいのに。
大阪のグランベルはきれいで良いホテルだったのに何これ?

The carpet is gross. The wall has stains everywhere, wallpapers coming off. No AC. The shower curtains are too short for what it is. The sponge for washing the body is exactly the same sponge for washing dishes. Why can't they just use wash clothes ?Granbell in Osaka was a very nice hotel. Whatta heck happened to this one?

I can only speak to a single person room. They are quite small compared to western hotels. But if you are there to be a tourist you may only be there to rest. Amazing location to Shibuya station. The room shows sign of age and there is no A/C in the winter but they will open your window for you. I am not sure about AC in the spring and summer.

Extremely disappointed in my first booking with Trip.com. The room was dim and smelled like aftershave. I tried to switch rooms but they attempted to charge me more. There was no view. You can only see a concrete wall. The floor had hair everywhere and there were stains on the wall and sheets. 227$ for one night. I do not recommend this room or hotel to anyone who is traveling to Shibuya. I could not get a refund due to policy so due to do this we slept in our clothes on top of the bed. It was very uncomfortable and inconvenient.

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from Shibuya subway station. There are road constructions around the hotel, so you need to cross the overpass to bypass it.The hotel lobby is very small and the floor is a bit dirty.I booked a twin room. The 30-square-meter room is considered large in Japan. Two people's suitcases can be opened at the same time and there is space to walk.The room is clean, but a little old. The price of 1,500 during the cherry blossom season is generally acceptable.I will stay in Shinjuku next time. Shibuya is relatively dirty and messy in Japan.

Absolutely overpriced for the experience/rooms delivered -> booked 2 months in advance and still ended up paying +€220/night for a tiny room, no door between bathroom and bedroom as well as an overarching shadow and sense of being cramped with no view whatsoever.

Absolutely not worth the price. The hotel feels like it needs renovation (elevator is literally the same as on construction sites in Europe)

The only reason why people pay this price is because of its proximity to Shibuya

Excellent location found along a little side street in the heart of Shibuya. Surrounded by an overwhelming number of restaurants and entertainment. Just a few minutes' walk to the famous Shibuya Crossing and very near the subway which is really easy to navigate. The rooms are very small, which is typical for this country, however, we didn't mind because we were out and about all day. The bathroom is a glass enclosure just beside the bed which I could see may make sharing a little uncomfortable. There is no room service but there is an abundance of food and drink along the street. Room cleaning is either every day or every third day which was not properly explained. We opted for every third day thinking we would be charged extra for every day. We would stay here again.

Location was great, just minutes away from the shibuya station. Lots of food options nearby and ones that open 24 hours too.Amenities were complete, even have a balcony for smokers like me, the ceiling is ridicously high, and the water pressure in the shower is strong enough for a back massage. Only complaint is the service, If you want ice you need to take your bucket downstairs and fill it up yourself.
