There’s a stinky smell in between the couches. They need to do a better job at cleaning. In addition, there was a hole in the wall in the bathroom. The flat iron also didn’t work, so we had to ask for an extra one. For the price we paid, I think there shouldn’t have been any issues. I stayed in room 601. Other than that, it was a fine stay. I enjoyed the free 24/7 drink bar by the lobby. As well as the bathing amenities (free bath salts). The jacuzzi bathtub was very soothing; I thoroughly enjoyed that. It was so relaxing. I’d stay here again.

Bed was terribly hard. Wallpaper was peeling from the ceiling and shower tiles we're sunken in by the drain (room 603). Aside from that, very friendly staff and service, and an otherwise charming hotel. If you're an American like me, beware of the firm mattress - it made adjusting to the jet lag that much worse.

駅から徒歩10分程で場所が良い。
アメニティは靴磨き、洗顔料、アイマスクまで付いてくるので満足感は高い。
客室のライトが壊れていて消えず、店員を呼んだが謝罪は無かった。古いホテルを改装したホテル。部屋は変えて貰えたが、対応がやや不満。金額が安いので、全体的にはやや満足。

普通のビジネスホテルという立て付けだと思いますが、その割にはバスルームがやたら広かったりベッドサイズに余裕があったりします。つまりは…ということかもしれませんが快適に過ごせることは間違いないです。
駅チカで立地も良いですよ。

目黒駅近くで、綺麗なホテルでした。
部屋もコンパクトで清潔。
テレビは、大型。
アメニティも揃っていて大満足。
スタッフの方も優しいです。
朝食も美味しく頂きました。
お得なホテルです。

Location was good and room was good enough apart from a few broken/unusable furniture (bed side charging outlet wasn't working). Breakfast was simple but nice.
We were able to check in two hours early for an extra fee even though I asked pretty late on the morning of the same day we were staying.
The hotel has a love hotel kind of vibe so I would recommend it for couple mostly.

We left our trash at the trash can, and they ignored it on the cleaning,leaving it to us the trash from the past day to the next day.
It wasn't a long time from the cleaning until we came back to the hotel but it might have started smelling.
There was no way they they didn't notice because the trash was in a big portion,it was left on purpose.
As a customer, it kinda feels frustrating thinking about their customer service
