Stayed for a week, very nice hotel. Superior double room is very large, more spacious than hotels in Shinjuku/Ginza. Luggage can be placed under the bed. There is a Dyson humidifier and hair dryer, and there is a massage lumbar support on the seat. The bedding is very good, just like home, all the details are very comfortable. The hotel service staff is very enthusiastic, and there are various sample packs available at the front desk. I will choose this place next time!

The location of the hotel is very convenient. It is directly connected to Gotanda Station, so you are not afraid of rainy days. It is also very convenient to go to Haneda Airport. There are many dining options nearby. There is a large supermarket downstairs, and Uniqlo, Muji, and 100-yen stores are all in the two linked buildings. Although it is located on top of the station, it has good sound insulation and is not noisy. The room facilities are relatively new, and the hair dryer and humidifier are all equipped by Dyson. The bathroom is separated from dry and wet areas and is quite large. The only drawback may be that the room space is relatively small.

Hotel is conveniently co-located with the train station and a shopping mall, making it easy to travel around and get your food/souvenirs. Facilities are new and check-ins are made easy with self-help kiosks. Do note that only 2 pillows are provided even with 2 guests so request for extra pillows early to avoid running out of pillows.

In an area with convenient transportation and convenient shopping and dining in Tokyo, the room is fully functional, soundproof, and the bedding is clean. The bathroom is separated and there is no odor. The toilet has multiple cleaning functions such as automatic flushing. Very cost-effective! I just forgot to take pictures!

全体的にはとても満足できるホテルだった。旅行でこちらを利用したが、駅直結は非常に利便性が良かった。何かあってもすぐ駅中の店に行けるので便利。客室も十分綺麗で、特に今回ホテル選びの決め手だったお風呂はバスタブも広く開放的で大満足。連泊だったので2日目は清掃をお願いしたところ、部屋は来た時と同じ状態で綺麗になっただけでなく、水も新しく補充して頂けていてとても気分が良かった。
個人的にありがたかったのは、接続端子が複数ある充電コードが部屋にあり、モバイルバッテリー用の充電コードを忘れてしまっていたので非常に助かった。また、大きなゴミがでてしまった際に使用できるゴミ袋も別で用意されており、細かい配慮が行き届いていることに感動した。自販機の横には氷のサービスがあったのもかなり嬉しかったポイント。
1点、隣の部屋の音漏れが少しあり、うるさいとまではいかないが夜中に物音が聞こえてきたのは唯一気になるところだった。外からの防音は完璧だが、中からの雑音も完全に遮断できているわけではなかったので、音に敏感な人は注意。ただ基本的には静かなので、ほとんどストレスなく過ごせるとても良いホテルだった。

The location is very good. You can easily get off the JR and get to the hotel without having to walk much. There are many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. It is very convenient to eat. The room is not too small. The bathroom layout is reasonable and the bath is very comfortable.

Stayed here for 13 nights/14 days in the beginning of April. Location was perfect for us being that it was connected to the Gotanda station and just a couple minutes away from the platforms made it convenient. Rooms were surprisingly very quiet being so close to the station. We tried the Carroll restaurant a few times and loved the food choices and the view over looking the train platforms. There were many other resturants near the hotel (KFC, McDonalds, Wendys, just to mention a few American brands in addition to the local Japanese resturants), convenience stores and a grocery store just across the hotel with lots of bento choices for a great price. Staff were really friendly and always available throughout the day/night. Toiletries were always well stocked in the lobby area for your convenience. Housekeeping came everyday with fresh towels and every 3 days our bedsheets were changed. I would definitely stay here again when we come back next year.

このホテルを選んだ点はアクセス（駅横）と風呂。
風呂は洗い場があり、蛇口が浴槽の給湯と2つあるためシャワーを浴びながらお湯を溜められる。
アメニティバーには基礎化粧品とクレンジングや洗顔料。複数の入浴剤もある。
また部屋にはペットボトルの水が1本サービス。
部屋着は上下あるタイプで前開きのパジャマシャツと6〜7分丈パンツで楽ちん。
チェックイン·チェックアウトは自動なのでスムーズです。
