Excellent location for it just takes around 20 metres from the exit gate of the New South Exit of the JR Shibuya Station to reach the hotel lift. Literally, you don't have to be under the weather to get back to the hotel. Yes, the New South Exit is at least 5 minutes walk on foot from Platform 3 and 4 of JR Shibuya Station, but nothing beats the direct connection to the hotel. Also, the Narita Express stops right at Platform 4, so it's a breeze getting to the hotel, especially if you have huge luggage to handle. There are escalators too, don't have to carry up any stairs. Room is decent sized and clean. Toilet is good too.

駅直結で眼の前にコンビニもあるのでちょっとなにか買うぐらいならすぐいけます。
部屋が思ったより広くきれいで、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。
ベッドの寝心地がすごく良いので気づいたらぐっすり寝ていました。
また東京に行ったら利用したいホテルです。

I was really disappointed when I was told that a non-smoking room that I had reserved months in advanced was unavailable. Staff was friendly and offered to switch our room midway through our trip but then said there were no other rooms available. They also offered to deodorize the room which I completed but it did not completely remove the smell there were several times I could smell smoke in the halls. The amenities were on point and super helpful. The breakfast got a little old after a few days although a great selection.

Thank you JR-East Hotel Mets Shibuya for taking care of us during our visit. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and very clean. The facilities were also good. The location made it easy to get to and from the train station. We enjoyed our stay

渋谷駅から１分の利便性。外国人客が多かった。専用機でのチェックインですが、さほど戸惑うことなくできました。都心なのに静かなのもいいです。

Advantages: The location is unbeatable. The New South Exit of JR Shibuya Station is directly connected to the 2nd floor of the hotel. It is a seamless switch between Narita Express and various Shinkansen lines. If you take the subway, it's a little further. You have to walk from Exit C2 of Shibuya Station for about five minutes to the hotel. The front desk of the hotel provides daily necessities such as cleansing oil, cotton swabs, and free coffee machines, which is very friendly. Although the room is small but fully equipped, it is very suitable for urban tourists.Disadvantage: Because it is too close to Jr., the sound of the train will be more obvious at night, and it will not get better until after 11:00 or 12:00. If you look at the details, you can tell that the hotel is quite old. The wallpaper in the corners is a bit worn and the curtains are not very good either.

昨年11月に旅行の際に1泊2日で利用させていただきました。
関東に詳しい友人からの紹介で利用させていただきましたが、客室もとてもキレイで、駅そばなのに遮音性高く、スタッフの対応も最高でした。
また4月にも利用させていただきます。
今後東京泊まりのときはこちら以外の利用は考えておりません。
金額高いと思われている方もいるみたいですが、快適性考えれば妥当な金額だと思います。

The fridge lacks a freezer, so there's no way to chill ice cream. Even on the 13th floor, the sound of trains passing can be heard. There's no coffee machine in the room, so getting coffee means heading to the 4th floor every morning. Breakfast options are quite limited. Otherwise, everything else is great.
