廣屋珈琲店さんがInstagramで紹介されてたので、行ってみたかったお店。
半地下で落ち着いた雰囲気のお店です。
ご夫婦でされていて、豆はインドネシアに特化しているようで、自家焙煎もなさってます。
マンデリンの深煎りをネルドリップで、あとチーズテリーヌもオーダー。
10分以上かけてドリップした珈琲は、濃厚でとろみがあるような深いコクと程よい苦味。
チーズテリーヌもチーズが濃く甘さ控えめで美味しゅうございました。

素敵なご夫婦の営まれるインドネシア珈琲が飲める喫茶店。今日は滑り込みセーフでモーニングをいただきました。インドネシアで買い付けされた今年流行りのカゴバッグも購入。沢山入って重宝しています。

入る前からワクワクする地下のお店。
珈琲豆を焙煎する香りや珈琲をたてる
香りで満たされた店内。
比較したくて同じ豆でハンドドリップと
ネルドリップを注文。
違いを発見できました。
ご主人はお静かながらも珈琲のことを
色々教えて下さり、奥様は明るい
接客で、すごく居心地よくゆったり
過ごせました。
こんな店が近くにあればと思います。

インドネシア産のコーヒー豆を使ったコーヒーと自家製の米粉シフォンケーキが大変おいしかったです。扉を開けると地下室へ降りていく秘密基地感がよかった。

とても良い雰囲気のお店。
チーズテリーヌとホットコーヒーを注文したが、チーズテリーヌが半解凍の状態で、溶かしながら食べてくれとのこと。
そういう提供の仕方なのかな？と思って食べてみると、中々に冷蔵庫の香り、、、
私はそこが気になってしまいました。

阪急池田駅から歩けないことはないですが、ちょっと遠いです(^^)/
お店は半地下みたいになっていて、階段を少し降りますので
残念ながら、高齢者や車椅子の方にはおすすめできません。
昭和の雰囲気満載の素敵な喫茶店です。
インドネシアの雑貨販売があったり、お店の中もいろいろ楽しめます。
今日のケーキがあって、毎日かわるようですが
少しづついろんなケーキが楽しめるプレーとがあります。
ケーキも珈琲もとても美味しかったです。
カウンターだけのお店です。

深煎りのホットコーヒーを頂きました。
口当たりしっかりとした濃さと、ヘタな苦味が残らない飲み易い味。
セットで頂いたチーズケーキはコーヒーに合う（合わせた？）味で、濃厚なでありながらも深煎りコーヒーを邪魔しません。
チーズケーキだけでも買って帰りたかった。
