それぞれの窓口の方々の対応もとても良いですし、庁舎内で迷っていたら昼休みにも関わらず職員の方が声かけてくださりました。

初めて5Fの展望フロア見てきましたが、眺めは抜群にいいですね。市内がぐるっと見渡せます。

市内のカーブミラー傾いていて見えなくなっていたので相談したところ、即日現場確認いただき修繕対応していただけることになりました。素早いご対応、ありがとうございます！

建物がきれいで駐車スペースが多く車で行くには便利。駐車場のあるポストの集荷時間貼っておきますね

窓口で声を掛けてもすぐに反応しない。書類に記入を求められたがボールペンがなく、職員にペンをお願いするとカウンター上のペンを指差された。出してはくれないんですね。
職員は座ったまま対応して、こちらにはイスも勧めない。

建物は立派ですが、中身の職員さんの能力には疑問を持ってしまう方が多いです。

私の実家は政令指定都市ですが役所はボロいです。しかし職員の質やスキルは遥か上を行っています。
一生懸命に時代について行こうとIT化等を進めているみたいですが住民の大半が老人の為、
市と住民の差が開いていっている感じです。

コロナ禍の初期の頃は殆ど対応が出来てないのでメールを何回も送り対応して貰いました。
情報を入手したり状況を判断や把握するという事をご存知無いみたいです。

最近は住民が無料でネットが使えるPCも使用禁止にしたみたいですがキーボードカバーを付け毎回アルコール消毒させれば問題は無いはず。

大声出しながらネットやる方は居ませんよ。マウスが問題なのでしょうか？

今や、そこまで消毒に無頓着な人はいません。それよりも貧困でネット環境が自宅に無い方の情報を得る手段を奪う方が問題です。

やはり根本的な問題解決の仕方が出来ない様です。

ここに公務員として働けたら、さぞかし自分自身の時間を持ってゆとりある生活を送れるだろうなーと

引越しする時に住民税など納めてから引越ししたのに納期過ぎた後に差し押さえ状？？
なぞ過ぎるしそもそも引っ越すからって納めるものないかの確認もしてるんだからその時出せたはずだし出てからも何回か訪ねてるんだからその時に対応出来たと思うし、督促状すら届いてない、マスクもしないで同僚と喋ってる暇あるなら、少しは作業したら良いと思う

電話越しに苦情を入れると、担当者によっては「あなた〇〇さんでしょ？」と平気で電話相手の名前を口にするヤバい職員がいる。
（まぁ、今に始まったことではないが）
そんな事やっていたら、市民からの声なんてものは意味がなくなりますよ。そもそも、個人情報を意識していない事が大問題。
公務員の意識が低いのは残念でならない。

※生活環境課の職員、マジで使えないです。

本日、ナスカンからリードが外れた中型犬が逃げ回ってます、と生活環境課の男性職員に電話したら『その様な通報があったことを記録しておきます。』て犬種も聞かずに電話切られた。どの様な通報だと記録したんだろうか。名前聞いとけば良かった。
