年末に大阪府にある関西スーパー交野倉治店で、レジを済ませて帰ろうとした際、知人から店の外で倒れた高齢者を介抱して、入口の椅子に座らせたと伝えられました。その方はヨタヨタと入店されたので、私がサービスカウンターの方に知人が介抱したことを伝えると、店長さんに連絡をされて、若い店長さんは直ぐに来られて、「ありがとうございました。僕が買い物をお手伝いしますので」と仰い、高齢者に寄り添って下さったので安心して帰れました。私は看護師でこのようなことは何度も経験していますが、素晴らしい店長さんで大変気持ちが良かったです。
関西スーパーの役員の方にお願いです。交野市は高齢者が多いので、買い物の支援をスムーズに行う為に、折り畳める車椅子をカウンター内に置いて欲しいです。

関西スーパー福島店の店長さんは、神レベル対応以上でした！

こちらのある不注意で、恥ずかしいやら、情けないやらの失敗で有り得ない大迷惑をおかけしたにも関わらず、感じの良い寛大なご対応に本当に感動しました。管理職ありきと申しますか、レジの方を始め、従業員の方に永年勤続が多い印象なのも頷けます。
この度、どうしても感謝の気持ちを申し上げたくて、投稿させて頂きます。

いつも決まったものでいい。という考えの人には一通りの品揃えで問題ないと思いました。
ただ、買い物には『目新しさ』『探検』のような要素も必要と思う向きには向いてないかもしれません。
ここは本店という割には大きくはなく、冷凍食品が比較的充実している点を除いては平均点かなと感じました。

関西スーパー萬崎菱木店で差別的対応をされたので本店に報告して置きます。
店内食事禁止の貼り紙が机の前に貼ってあれば分かりますが見落としてもしょうがない位置にポスターが有ります。食事禁止のルールがある以上それは守って当然ですが
この客には注意してこの客には注意しないという差別的な対応をしています。
私は食事禁止だと知らなかったし知らなかったとしても不思議では無い位置に注意書きポスターがありましたが注意されて食事禁止のルールを知った以上それは守ります。しかし不可解なのが注意する客としない客がいて注意して来た女性店員の物言いから何か差別的な悪意を感じました。

H2Oとの経営統合案が可決されて、今後は阪急阪神グループさんの一員として展開していくことが決まりました。近年ではプライベート・ブランドの入れ替えなど、そのための準備が着々と続いてました。
ただ、オーケーさんの買収提案を拒む為に強行的に行われたのは少々納得がいきません。急ぎすぎる上に秘密裏に進められた提携交渉には、到底許せないと思う人も多いでしょう。
兵庫・大阪を中心に展開する日本スーパーマーケット界の雄と言われている歴史あるお店なだけに、今後の動きに目が離せません。
