The staff was very friendly, the coffee was great as well. I split the two sandwiches with my wife, the egg was very good but the cutlet sandwich was a bit chewey and it was covered in too much sauce that made the bread soggy and the heat from the patty wilted the lettuce. Outside of that it was a good experience, great place for a quick bite!

健康プラザの一階にあるカフェです。しっかりお店として区切られた形ではなく、ロビーの一角にあります。
2人掛けテーブル席が5つと4人掛けソファーが2つと席数も余り多くないですが日曜お昼でもほぼ満席にならず。繁華街から少し遠いので穴場みたいです。
席を自分で確保してからカウンターで注文します。

アイス珈琲だけ頼んでゆっくり過ごしました。味は普通のコーヒーで美味しかったです。
飲み物もご飯物も全体的に価格は高くなく気軽に使える良いお店だと思いました。

たまたま近くを通り、池袋駅近くだとランチは混んでるだろうと利用しました。ランチ時はおすすめしません。色々メニューはありますが電子レンジでひたすらチンして調理されていて、ワンオペなのでドリンク一つ出てくるまでに10分とかかかります。時間にゆとりがあるか、混まない時間帯なら良いのでは。次の予定があったので食べずにそのまま失礼しようかと本気で思いました。

ランチ兼ティータイムで利用し、池スポ飯（タンドリーチキン）を注文。高タンパク、低カロリーということで、スポーツをした後に食べるのが良いみたいですが、気になったので普通に頂きました。チキンはスパイシーで、イメージ的にはコンビニの美味しいチキンのような味わいで満足です。サラダもバランス良く入っておりオススメです。
食後のデザートにアップルパイバニラアイス添えとアイスコーヒーを注文。パイ生地に温かいアップルがたっぷりのっており食べやすく、アイスの冷たい感じと相性よくアイスコーヒーと共に美味しく頂きました。支払いはpaypayにも対応しています。

初めての来訪です。健診終わりで、ちょうど12時だったので入りましたが、お昼時に誰もいない状況に気づくべきでした。
1000円の鯖の南蛮漬けが美味しそうだったので注文しましたが、鯖は2、3cmの大きさのものが3つで残りはくずのような物が載せられており、味付けも漬かり過ぎで濃く、五穀米もビチビチョで、久しぶりにこんなに残念な食事を取りました。
こちらの責任者の方は、豊島区民の為にもきちんと定期的にメニューのチェックを行って欲しいです。

豊島区立スポーツセンター1Fにあり（1Fの一角で、仕切りはない）、利用後のお客さんもターゲットにしているよう。高タンパク、低カロリーのプレートや栄養価高めの食材を使ったクリーンな食事ができるカフェ。プロテインなどもメニューにあるし、ワンプレートまで食欲がないときもベーグルサンドなどが置いてあるのがよい。池袋にはこういった健康志向のお店はほとんどないので、私にとっては貴重です✨天井吹き抜けの開放的な空間も評価できるカフェです。座席と座席の間もゆったりしていて価格はチェーン系のカフェより高いですがつい足を運びたくなります。
コーヒーのクオリティはごく普通といった感じなのと、提供はかなりゆっくりなので星4にしましたが素敵なお店だと思います。

沢山の軽食があるお店を紹介します。
意外と空いてます。
5～6階で検診を受けました。
検診後にお腹が空いたのでこちらを利用しました。
ホットドッグ、パンケーキ、パニーニやサンドイッチ、そしてロコモコ、オムレツ等沢山のメニューがあります。
タマコサンド美味しいよ
値段もリーズナブルでした。
