自転車で来た場合、駐輪場がないです。

空気を入れて欲しい、⚪︎⚪︎を見て欲しい、という場合は正面に停めてしまえば大丈夫です。
自転車を見にくる場合、一旦聞かなきゃなので、自転車で来る場合少し面倒です。

あと、1人だけすごい態度が悪い年配寄りの男性店員がいらっしゃる。
基本ぶっきらぼうに対応してきます。

今回は、自転車のメンテナンス用品は売っていますか？と聞いた際、あるのか無いのか分からない歯切れの悪い言い方だったので、用品の有無は結局よく分かりません。

物品在庫が置いてあり、停める場所が分からずとりあえず停めていたら「なに？何をしに来たの？自転車みるならあっちだし、なんかして欲しいの？」とか何とか言われました。
その後メンテナンス用品の有無を聞きましたが、回答になってない回答をされて分からずじまいです。

ここで買った自転車に15年ほど乗っていますが、別の所で買おうかなぁと思いました。

低評価のクチコミがありますが、私は親切な店員さんしか見かけてないですね。
有料ですが出張で修理自転車を引き取りにも来てくれるので、ありがたいです。

とっても感じ良く、良心的なお店です！
何度か修理をお願いしています。対応もクイックで素晴らしく、価格も本当に良心的だと思います。どんどん街の自転車屋さんがなくなってしまっている現在、春日井サイクルさんのようなお店があって本当によかったです。これからもよろしくお願いします。

うちでは、出来ません。の一点張り。
修理の好きな店ではないのですか？
もう少し、わざわざ雨の日に足を運んだお客に寄り添えないものなのかな？って思いました。
三件回った店の中で1番冷たい対応でした。

母への贈り物で電動自転車の購入を検討。
市内でBSの試乗ができるお店がこちらともう一軒。
もう一軒の方は渋られましたがこちらのお店で試乗させていただき良かったので勧めました。
当事者である母への説明や相談など親切丁寧に対応していただきました。
取り寄せに少し時間がかかりましたが自宅まで配送していただき引き渡し時には丁寧な説明をしていただきました。
現金だと少しお得に購入できます。

３年前に購入したクロスバイクのタイヤを交換しました。
交換部分はタイヤ「パナレーサー[700×32C] パセラ」とチューブで片側8800円、前後交換すると片側7700円と言われて工賃が片側4000円ぐらいと考えるとちょっと高いかなあと思いましたがこれからもここで自転車をお任せすると思うので頼みました。
サイクルベースあさひで買ってた頃にパンクでチューブ交換してもらった時、リム挟んでいてすぐパンクしたことがあったりして自転車屋はあまり信用できないと思っていましたがここで交換してもらった時はトラブル起きていないので腕は確かだと思います。
あとサイクルベースあさひみたいに修理や交換工賃の大体の目安が書いてあると嬉しいと思いました。
