客が外国人だと知ったとたんタメ口に変わるってどういうことなんでしょうか。。。こっちは日本語使ってますし、言葉が通じない状況でもなかったです。私は最後まで敬語を使いましたが、店員さんには「ちょっと待って」とか言われましてとても困惑しました。友達ではありません。礼儀を守って下さい。

久しぶりに行ってみたけど。。。新人さん？男性スタッフさんはとてもいい方だったけど。。。レジの時に先輩女性スタッフに交代されて。。。。笑顔もなければ、態度も悪い。。。
以前は感じのいいスタッフさんがいたのに、なんだか残念でした。。。
せっかく、ほしかったものを買えてうれしい気持ちなのに、いやな気持ちになる。。。。。他の人のコメントをみても、同じような事が書いてあるから、社員教育されたがいいのでは？

好きなお店でしたが、いまの女性スタッフさん二人の対応は微妙でした。お客さんは少ない時間帯でしたが、試着のときもレジでも軽く知らんぷりされ、めんどくさそうで威圧的でした。以前いらしたスタッフさんは、とてもフレンドリーで親切だったので落差にびっくり。JQカードの勧誘だけ熱心にしてこられました。ショップにもノルマがあるの？（笑）

接客が最悪。
友達かのように喋りかけてくる、服の扱いが雑、服のことで質問しても分からないんですよ〜とヘラヘラ言ってくる、商品を見たいのにどきもしないで無言で洋服を畳んでいる、無愛想。
何年も前からこちらの店舗には行っていますが、こんなに酷い店員さんたちがいると行きたくなくなりますね。
昔は丁寧で接客も良く感じのいい店員さんばかりだったのに...

最近のスタッフは感じが悪い、子供を連れて行っていろいろ触っていたら睨んでいた。しかも、考えると言ったろ顔いろ変わって、ありがとうございますもない。
ファッションセンスも悪い、お客さんの方がセンスいい。
トータルでスタッフ教育をしっかりした方がいい。
買おうとしたが、スタッフが悪いので買うのをやめた。

商品の品揃えは良いです！しかし店員の接客が最悪！特に低身長の女は目つきが悪く睨まれました。入店時の挨拶もなかったです！とても気分が悪くなりました。
