What a great experience staying at this hotel in the heart of downtown. Very clean and from my room in particular I had an amazing view. You can view a bunch of Godzilla memorabilia from the lobby floor and the massive Godzilla head outside on top of the building. There is a complete Godzilla themed room available if interested. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Relatively good location, only a few minutes walk from the Shinjuku station. Very easily recognizable with the Godzilla statue. A lot of options for food nearby, the small, off the grid, shops are the best. Beware of the nearby Takoyaki, I got food poisoning from it. Room was absolutely tiny. The bathroom was bigger than the room. But that was a good thing. Fantastic bathroom, bath + sit-down shower separate from toilet. Excellent water pressure and temperature control. Bathtub fills to certain point then stops, but it’s the perfect amount and perfect temperature. Shampoo/conditioner/body wash all very, very nice. Bed/pillows/blankets not great. Pillows were extremely lumpy and uncomfortable. However, the thermostat was effective. Breakfast was good as well. There are A LOT of options. Definitely get to breakfast earlier, as it’s very crowded and no trays left around 9:15. No significant interactions with service people. Easy to check-in. Kiosk to check-out. Luggage forwarding in the lobby, which is really easy to access. Elevators quick. Overall, good experience. Not much interaction with anything outside of the room. The best part was the bath/shower.

I would rate the location of the hotel as 5-star as it is close to almost all shopping, transportation, food and activities. My only concern for traveling with family is that it is also close to the ** area. Getting here from Haneda airport is a breeze. Get the bus to Kabukicho Tokyo Tower and this hotel is a few steps away. From Narita, take the Narita Express train directly to Shinjuku Station. This will be a few minutes from Lumine Est exit.For all hotels, cleanliness is superb. No worries for this hotel. Service is also excellent. At their lobby, you can ask for the service of luggage transportation to hotel or to other cities. However, luggage transportation payment is cash basis only.Facilities is good too. You can opt for daily breakfast or there's a 7-11 at the foot of the hotel. There's many restaurant choices near the hotel.

Fantastic location, excellent service from all of the staff members including the cleaning crew. The hotel is clean with all amenities at your door. The only negative is the size of the rooms (they are small, but that is 90% of hotels in Shinjuku / Tokyo in that price and category).

The room is tiny... we know that's consistent across Tokyo, but we were shocked at how small it was. The bathroom was a good size and it has a nice deep bath. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Next time we would try for a larger room. The breakfast is ok, but there are not many Western options. The location is excellent and close to many things and public transport. The nightlife in the area is busy and there are heaps of food options around. Great view from our room. Overall it is a great hotel and we would stay here again, just in a larger room.

So yeah this is kinda funny because it’s at Kabukicho and it’s noisy at night. The hotel is amazing and Godzilla themed. Wish the outdoors was open though. If you want to do laundry here, good luck. It sucks. That said, room is modern, clean and luxurious. Bathroom deserves a HUGE shoutout! Pretty nice!

I’ve been staying in this hotel for many occasions. The location is excellent and convenient. Room size is reasonable and bathroom style with separate toilet and bath area. They also provided a humidifier to ensure the room is not too dry. However this time I found the room is very dusty and dust layered on all wooden furniture.

一人旅に最適なホテルです。部屋は狭くても1人では十分な広さなので、一人旅には良いと思います。ホテルには、携帯電話の充電器からパジャマまで、必要なものがすべて揃っています。施設の素晴らしさは信じられませんでした。また、滞在中に5.3mの地震がありましたが、耐震性のあるホテル（新築）だったので安心しました。このようなことが起こったときに、ホテルがゲストの様子を確認するか、すべてのゲストにチェックインするようにメッセージを送信してくれることを願っています。
