Check-in in the evening for same-day reservations. It is located in an easy-to-find location near Shibuya Station, making it convenient for the surrounding area. An environment where you don't have to worry about going out to eat. It was clean, but staying in a capsule for multiple nights was a bit tiring, so I only stayed for one night. I was satisfied because it was more than enough just to sleep.

So, ive never stayed in a capsule hotel. From what ive seen online this one is pretty well equipped, the bathrooms were very clean, showers were clean, they provide tooth brushes and razors etc. ||The OK: Storage space was decent for a carry on and the bunk itself was OK, the temperature was inconsistent but not horrible. The bunk seemed bigger in the photos but there was decent storage inside for small items like a laptop etc. Wifi was alright not too bad but not consistent throughout the floor. Wifi wasnt great in the bathroom for my fellow candy crushers etc||The Good: Amazing location, 5-10 minutes from Shibuya crossing and metro, maybe 25 minute walk to Meji shrine, theres a lot of ways to get here from the airport. Staff are friendly. Theres many many things around all within a close walk||As someone whos not used to this concept at all, I would suggest booking 2 days 1 night and see if you like the concept first. I found this place to be very nice but I cant really get behind the capsule concept, its not really my cup of tea but it was a cool experience nonetheless ||

Pretty gross hostel for the most part. The room was nice but everything else was gross. Checkout is at 10 instead of 11. Wouldn’t hold my bags. No common area.

Stay at UNPLAN Shinjuku. Wayyyyy better.

ロッカー室がスーツケースだらけで実質2人でいっぱい。置場を再考ください。
シャワーも2つしか無いのに1つは故障中、洗面所3つあっても1つ故障と不備が多い。
場所は静かな住宅街なので落ち着いた感じでした。

It's about 10 minutes away from the station. There are 711 and Lawson nearby. The indoor walkway is relatively narrow. There are lockers and shoe cabinets available. You don't have to worry about luggage.

スタッフさんの対応はまあまあ、可もなく不可もなく。カプセル内、トイレ、シャワールームはとても綺麗だった。カプセル内がすごくおしゃれで綺麗！iPhoneでホテル内のWi-Fiに接続すると安全性の低いセキュリティと出るのでそこは注意。Wi-Fiの速度自体はそこそこのスピード。また利用したい。

立地条件も良くてAmenityも充実。カプセルホテル初体験でしたが、快適でした。機会があればまた、利用したいですね。

Staff was friendly and accommodating! Wi-Fi worked great in the common area but was non existent in the capsule. The check out time @10am isn’t ideal, we felt rushed. 11am is the standard based on the three other capsules we stayed at. The power went out at 11pm on our last night and left me with a little bit of anxiety because I needed my devices charged for the next day and the AC wasn’t running so it got a little hot. We really liked the extra space we had in the larger capsule, I was able to keep one of my bags in there. There isn’t an elevator however so mentally prepare yourself for a hike with your bags. Overall comfy large capsule and a place to lay my head at night which I will always be grateful for! Thanks!
