鳥取に来てこんなに美味い創作フレンチに出会えるとは。個室にて食事をしました。
今回は15,000円のコース
妊婦対応も快く受け付けてくださいました。
器の美しさと料理の盛り付け方から味付け、火入れ、全てにおいて洗練されたバランスです。
スタッフの方も丁寧な対応で、シェフも人柄が良く楽しく食事をする事ができました。
鳥取に、来たら必ず寄りたい料理店です。
岡山、広島で数々の高級有名店に行ってますがトップランク入り確定です。この金額で岡山なら間違いなく予約困難店になり得る実力です。
最後に〆の牛骨ラーメンは劇的に美味かった。
最後にこんだけ美味く感じるのは凄い。

今日は、知人から評判を聞いていたフレンチレストランに初めて行ってきました。民家を改装した隠れ家的な佇まいで、こんな場所にフレンチレストランがあるなんて全く知りませんでした。内装はとてもおしゃれで、リノベーションされた美しい空間が広がっていました。

私は13,000円のコースを注文しましたが、料理の提供ペースがちょうど良く、待たされることも急かされることもなく快適に食事を楽しめました。一品一品が初めて味わうような新鮮な味わいで、盛り付けも非常に丁寧にされていて、大変満足でした。

特に印象的だったのは、ソースの美味しさです。ステーキ、フォアグラなど、各料理に合わせたソースが提供され、それぞれが素材の風味を引き立てながらも、適度な塩気と旨味が絶妙にバランスしていました。どの料理も本当に美味しかったです。

店内は静かで落ち着いた雰囲気が漂っており、リラックスして食事を楽しむことができました。店員さんの接客も素晴らしく、終始気持ちよく過ごせました。おそらく毎日メニューが変わるようで、次回訪れた時にはまた新しい味に出会えるのが楽しみです。

全体として、本当に満足できるお店でした。またぜひ訪れたいと思います。

予約制。向かいの鈴乃希の系列らしいです。古民家で雰囲気があります。高級フレンチがこの辺にあまりないのでありがたいです。コースに出てくる牛骨ラーメンが珍しい。
