The whole place was VERY clean which was great. Rooms barely had space for bags, were having to step over stuff all the time. Probably 2 square meters of floor space per room, but I've been told to expect that in Tokyo... still... no female showers on our floor which was a bit annoying for my partner. the staff spoke English very well and were incredibly helpful, even calling and booking a restaurant for us when we had difficulty doing so. Thank you! Free beer 5-6pm was great too. Decent small restaurants nearby, 15 minute walk to the nearest subway station. Would happily stay again

朝食がアメリカンな感じで美味しかったし洒落てた。
部屋は狭いが問題ない。
植物センターに行きたかったので近くのここにしたが、センターが休みだったので、同じような人は調べたほうがいいと思います。チェックインして、バーで1杯飲めたのも良かった。近くに銭湯もあるので♨️良かった。

Unfortunately one of the worst places I've stayed at in Japan.

The check-in took much longer than usual and the staff somehow still didn't explain anything about the hotel (e.g. that there's a terrace, amenities area, etc.). The hotels luggage storage area was in the reception area and was not cordoned off or anything and there was luggage just lying around on the chairs.

The dorm room was tiny with no luggage space nor privacy. From what I could see of the regular hotel rooms they were also tiny.

The bathroom for the dorm rooms was located on the opposite end of a long fluorescent light lit hallway which was incredibly inconvenient and a bit uncomfortable as the corridor was mixed gender. The bathroom also only had 3 showers which were old and dated and one of the shower doors was completely broken. The bins were also overflowing as there were only two small bins for the bathroom.

The common area on the top floor has no power outlets and only space for 3 people to sit indoors (crammed together).

They offer free beer for an hour in the evenings however the bar was closed when I went without any prior warning.

To top it all off, they are inconveniently located and incredibly overpriced. Overall it was an incredibly uncomfortable stay and I couldn't wait to leave. Capsule hotels are way better.

Staff were very professional. Hostel rooms were very clean and new. A locker and a key was provided. Slippers and towels were also included. They came in a little thoughtful bag. The breakfast was absolutely worth getting. Definitely would come here again if I'm solo.

Newly opened hotel, good environment and sanitation. It's my first time to experience a public toilet, which is entered by swiping a card. The room is really small, the bed is relatively comfortable, and there is luggage storage service

There is no privacy in the dorm beds. The curtains are very thin and with gaps. The inside dorm was too light and noisy by other guests. The location, shower room and other interior besides the dorm were good. Probably this hotel owner has no experience of staying in a dorm room. I'll come back when they improve their dorm.

Our time at Graphy Shibuya felt like being enveloped in comfort. The staff took great care of us, the food was delicious, and being able to leave our luggage was a big relief. Room was very clean and you received all you needed also sleeping suits! Plus, being close to Shibuya meant we could easily explore Tokyo's vibrant atmosphere. We're already counting down the days until our next visit!

The staff are very kind.It's difficult to open suitcases in small rooms, but the large rooms are spacious and nice.It takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to Shibuya Station or Ebisu Station.Instead, it's nice to be quiet.There are several convenience stores nearby, about a 5-minute walk away.If you can walk a bit, it would be a good idea to stay here at a reasonable price.
