Firstly not for those who have problems with heights! Stayed 34th floor views across Tokyo were spectacular. Rooms small but bed comfortable. Personally I would have liked more wardrobe and storage space. There is a fridge in the room and water, tea and coffee was supplied. Great central Shinjuku location with access to station, restaurants, bars etc. Could be noisy at times. Restaurant in the hotel was good and breakfast had a good choice of food. Staff were generally friendly and helpful. Probably would not stay here again as I prefer smaller quieter hotels.

The first thing we all have to admit is the location. the location is right in Shinjuku. very close to the station. Secondly, the rooms are quite well designed and in terms of size they are very comfortable. Third, the service at this hotel is very good. Almost all our requests can be fulfilled by them. Fourth, the restaurant here is very delicious. Fifth, children will definitely like it. Because robots will deliver our requests, for example mineral water or other requests. Overall, because this hotel is a new hotel, the hotel is quite modern and clean. There is no need to doubt the comfort of the bed and pillows either. I am very grateful especially to Mr.Aria Fujitake who always serves us at breakfast every morning. One last thing, in the hotel lobby there is a bus ready to take us back to the International Airport (you can ask for the schedule at the reception). Nice to stay in here. See you very soon.

This hotel is well located in a very busy area of Shinjuku and has incredible views of Tokyo. The service was great (aside for one man who didn’t seem to be enjoying his job), especially the two women who ordered us a cab to the airport, waited for us, and escorted us down when it came.

The bathroom setup is a little strange, and there aren’t many amenities at this hotel, but the rooms were nice overall. We likely won’t be back as we prefer other areas in Tokyo, but if we were to come back to Shinjuku we’d definitely stay here again.

東急歌舞伎町タワー内にあるホテルです。部屋からの景色もとてもいいです。新しいできたこともあって、綺麗な作りになっています。タワーには映画館やゲームセンター、ウェルネスクラブなど多様な施設があるので観光の拠点にオススメです。

Quite a new hotel located right smack at kabukicho, therefore will be kind of rowdy especially during weekends. Got awaken at 130am when a group of youngster were making noises and talking loudly at the lobby of where I stayed.

Clearly Noise isolation is not good. Can hear the noise from the party downstairs even though we are at level 25.

The room is new and clean, view is fantastic as well. However, I do not recommend for guest who is looking for a quiet room or location.

Location of hotel is very convenient right in the middle of Shinzuku, even after 3am still lots of restaurants and bars open downstairs within 5 min walking distance. Hotel is in great condition as it’s newly opened. The laundry and sundry room is very convenient for hotel guests, particularly with vending machines and ice machine. Hotel rooms are comfortable and guests are cheerful. It’s my first time being here in this hotel and I highly recommend kt

We stayed for 4 night and it was fantastic! All the staff were friendly and helpful from check in to check out. The room was very clean and spacious and the views were amazing. The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and subway. The breakfast could have been better as far as selections but still a good buffet. The Airport Limousine bus stops under the hotel was it was very convenient from Narita to the Groove Hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

I can not say enough how pleased I am to have stayed in such a great hotel.

The location was absolutely perfect being right in the middle of Shinjuku, close to all the night life, tourist attractions, convenient stores, restaurants etc.

The staff at the front desk were lovely people and the security at the front would always bow theirs heads and smile as you walk in, you felt very welcome to the establishment as you arrive.

The rooms also exceeded my expectations. We had the best view and the rooms were always clean and fresh.

This hotel was so good we were lucky to have booked it twice during our stay in Japan. Whenever we are in Tokyo again this is the stomping ground for sure.
