福祉事務所のおばさんは、バカにしたように笑いながら電話かけてくる。
すごく訛ってて何言ってるか聞き取りづらい。

税務課で納税証明書を取得しようとお伺いしました。
女性の方が対応されたのですが、無知な私はなぜ取得できないのかがわからずに質問をしたところ、
・「〜じゃないですか」とわかりますよね？と言わんばかりに笑いながら言われる
・そういった事例がないのか調べて欲しいと言っても「できない」の一点張り
・「じゃあ、こういうことですか？」と聞いても調べたりするわけでもなく、笑いながら「わかりません」
・最後に「完全に拒否されるのですね」というと「はい」との返答
無知な私も悪いかもしれませんが、このような対応でも許されている環境なのだと税務課の対応能力に疑問を抱きました。
私も接客業をしているため、このような対応が普通になっているのが残念で仕方ありません。
もし、税務課を利用する方は、職員の方に質問をするのではなく、事前にきちんと調べてから利用するのをお勧めします。

故人の税金について納税課に電話した時に女性の職員の方が高圧的な態度上からものを言う。親を亡くしているんです…貴女ならどう思いますか？本当に不愉快でした。別に払わないなんて一言も言ってないのに、滞納になりますよ。失礼にもほどかありますよ。
別にお客様じゃないけど最低限なんとかなりませんか？他の方がもう不愉快な思い悲しい気持ちにならないように考えて対応してください。お願いします。
職員さん全員がこんな方ではありません。
遠方から片道４時間かけて来ている事を考慮してくださったりお世話になりました。

印鑑証明を取りに行った時の事、今 期間限定でコンビニで10円で印鑑証明が取れる。と頭ごなしに言われた。私たちは今忙しいんだ❗コンビニで印鑑証明をセルフで取れ❗と言わんばかりの対応だった。行政職員の対応とは思えない。女性職員に喧嘩を売られた感じです。残念ながら市民サービスに かなり欠けている。何様のつもりなのか？女性市民課の職員最低です。
