The room is small but reasonably arranged. The power sockets are reasonably arranged and easy to use. The window design of the room is very unique, and the view is very good! The hotel is quiet in a busy place, with a unique Japanese style. What is particularly good is that the large bath is on the 18th floor. After taking a bath, there is a lounge where you can eat popsicles for free. The big window is the beautiful night view of Shinjuku, accompanied by slow music. It is really a double pleasure of body and mind. The hotel's restaurant and breakfast are also very good, but you have to buy them separately. The hotel service is very good if you meet local Japanese waiters.

EXCELLENT - ambiance, view, onsen experience, breakfast
I loved walking into this hotel every day because we felt transported to a peaceful and serene setting after a day in the busy, dense city. The lobby even smelled so nice. We rented a high-floor room and admired the view every morning and evening. The rooftop onsen was so special -- I only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy more. The bed was comfortable and the room and amenities were designed thoughtfully. The breakfast was amazing. Do yourself a favor and reserve your breakfast in advance, for at least one day of your trip. You will not regret it.

OKAY - space in room, location
There was almost no space in the room to open our suitcases. We each just brought one small carry-on. This was not a big deal. But for some people who bring more luggage, you might find this too cramped. Also, it is about 15 minute walk from any metro station. Again, not a big deal. Just not ideal, for some.

荷物を預けた際に担当した男性スタッフの対応が酷い。人見て対応したのかは分からないが、聞こえる範囲でのぼやき隣にあるチェックインの機械を指差し案内、もっと丁寧な対応ができたのでは？受付までは気分は良かったのに本当に残念。
朝食の際も隣に座っていた宿泊の方が食べてすぐなのに徐々に近づき善を下げており感じが悪い
待っている人もいなかったので
このホテルのスタイルなんですかね？？？

チェックインし先にスーツケースを預けてたので
部屋に入ると畳の上に直置き
ベットに座ると埃が舞う部屋の隅にも埃やゴミ
部屋の壁は薄く出入りの音、咳払いや話し声が
ドア開けてるレベルで聞こえる後から口コミよく見たら警察沙汰になるぐらいで本当に後悔した。
部屋は狭いがセミダブルでは1人で充分だと思う。
掃除お願いしていたのに隅のゴミは変わらず使ったコップそのまま衛生面は本当に悪い。
窓は安全面で空気入れ替えできないなら
空気清浄機は本当においた方がいい！！

連れが前泊まった時良かったと言っていたので
楽しみにしていたのに本当に残念
女2人だったので男性スタッフの対応は怖いし
外国人のスタッフの方の方が笑顔で凄く良かった
もう泊まることはないです。

【ファシリティ】
アプローチは純旅館風で期待度を高めてくれます。
部屋は狭く、部屋での滞在を楽しむものではなくビジネスホテルのようでした。
一つ、他のホテルと違う大きな欠点は、洗面台がベッドの方を向いているので、他の滞在者が寝ていると電気をつけると起こしてしまい、利便性に欠けるかと。トイレの手洗いを兼ねている上、部屋が狭いので特に気になりました。

温泉大浴場は、新宿の街並みの眺望以外は特筆すべき点はないかと。
今時はビジネスホテルでもサウナがありますが、ここはありませんでした。

【サービス】
部屋のベッドの下が埃まみれで、サービスクオリティに疑問が残りました。
また、レストランやレセプションの方も親切さや笑顔は見られませんでした。

【アクセス】
新宿駅からはかなり歩くので、荷物の多い方はタクシーが無難かと思います。
飲食店もそこまで多くはないですが、コンビニは周りに数軒あるので不便はしませんでした。

客層をみてもインバウンド向けのホテルだとおもいます。
再訪はないかと思います。

The hotel is clean and pretty, the hot springs are good, and the breakfast is good. But the room is really small. While traveling in Japan, I saw a lot of narrow hotels... but this room felt like it was the narrowest of them all. The bathroom is also really small, so it's a bit hard to shower... If you don't mind a small room, give it a try. It's a bit of a walk from Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. You have to drag a suitcase and move for a long time. I made a reservation for around 200,000 won. Next time, if I find something in the 100,000 won range, I might want to come again, but I don't think it will be around 200,000 won.

Superb accommodation. Friendly staff. Even if the rooms are still a little small, the Onsen on the 18th floor is just exceptional.The breakfasts are great and worth a real meal. It is possible to reserve them the day before for the next day if necessary.Checking in and checking out can be done at a terminal very easily.I can only recommend this great hotel

The hotel was absolutely sublime from the entrance to the rooms. It was immaculate on so many things : staff was friendly, everything was sparkling clean, the rooftop onsen was the cherry on top! They are tattoo friendly which was such a relief for me considering Japan policy regarding tattoos. I was so delighted to be able to enjoy the onsens anyway.
The room might be a tiny small so it can be difficult to storage your luggage but it’s typical in Japan. There is also washing machines, dryers, irons, water fountains available which is really convenient.
The ryokan is situated in an excellent area as it is 5min away from Shinjuku streets and it is close to many bus / train / subways stations.
We are going to miss this place.

Great!
A fantastic new business hotel with a contemporary Japanese touch, well trained and English speaking staff. Great location reasonable priced with a pool on the rooftop. I stayed in recent years in 5 different hotels in the area…. From now on it’s this one!
