This apartment enjoys a good reputation, so I made a booking, but it was a huge mistake. When I entered, I found the room messy with the previous guests’ belongings such as a suitcase and clothing. I called the management company only to learn that the guests overstayed and the company couldn’t reach them on the phone. To my surprise, the company didn’t know the guests hadn’t checked out yet at the time I called. My family and myself had to stand outside for more than an hour in a sweltering hot day to deal with the company, and what we got was the cancellation of our booking. The company didn’t arrange a new hotel for us. All alternative hotels that the company suggested cost more than double our original booking price, and the company didn’t offer any discounts. It was the worst experience. The company’s management is very poor and is not reliable. This is the last place I would want to stay.
評価が高ったので予約をしたが、大きな失敗だった。宿泊当日の13時に荷物を置きに行ったら前泊者の荷物や洗濯物がそのまま置かれており、管理会社に電話をしたら前泊者がチェックアウトをせずに鍵を持ったままどこかに行っており連絡が取れないとのこと。しかも管理会社はチェックアウトされていないことを当方が電話するまで把握していなかった。うだるような暑さの中、諸々のやり取りのためにその場で1時間以上待たされた挙句、結局部屋の提供ができるか確約できないので予約をキャンセルさせてくださいと言われた。代替の宿泊先も、こちらから尋ねて探し出す始末だった。代替宿泊先の料金は当初の予約料金の倍以上でディスカウントなども一切なし。一体何のために2カ月も前から予約していたのかわからない。最終的に予約キャンセルの確認の電話までこちらからさせられた。宿泊者のチェックアウト状況を確認していない杜撰な管理と不誠実きわまりない対応で、二度と利用しない。

全体的に清掃がされていないようです。
お皿やスプーンフォーク、フライパンなどがありますが、汚れていて使う気になれませんでした。
ソファベッドから前の利用者が残したのでしょうか、紙袋が出てきました。
お風呂場の排水溝が詰まっているのか、トイレのカッポンでシュポシュポしてやらないとうまく流れません。
駅からちょっと歩きますが、立地は悪くないし安いのですが、もう一度利用することはないと思います。

You get what you pay for here. It's actually good value for a place of this size fully equipped. It's a 10 minute walk to the nearest Metro station, 2 minutes from the nearest konbini supermarket, and there are full-size supermarkets opposite the metro station too. Metro takes about 30 minutes to get into tokyo City, which sounds like a long way, but you'll be there before you know it.

The beds were hard, but the pillows were good. Washer worked well. The bathroom is a bit weird - the bath tub isn't plumbed, and water pours out onto the floor to reach the floor drain. It's far from the best shower experience, but it's serviceable.

The apartment was only superficially clean. Nothing was obviously dirty, but it felt like a bit of a rush job. They hadn't cleaned the a/c filter in a very long time. We stayed there last September and turned the air-conditioning on to cool the place down and went out for a bit to get some food while it did that. When we came back, the place smelled like wet towels that had been left too long. Sure enough, the air-conditioning filters were loaded to the point that the build-up on them peeled off in big sheets. This is something that should always be checked as it effects air quality and can cause respiratory and sinus infections,

Had great experience staying here for 5 days. Quiet neighborhood and very close to Nishidai Station (same line to Tokyo Dome, so very convenient). Streets are completely walkable even for drag a luggage. There is a big bookstore nearby that sells a lot of comics and books, very nice stop. Also, there are mini market options around, with one supermarket that seems selling everything with a good price.

Overall, we couldn't wait to leave. The room was well equipped, but it was not a great stay. The couch was stained and looked disgusting. The bathroom smelled awful like mold so we had to keep our windows open to ventilate which didn't help much. The beds were okay but dirty. The sheets had weird black grainy stuff all over it. The washer didn't work properly. All our clothes got stained from a wash but it didn't work past 10 minutes. We had to throw away most of our clothes since the washer stained them all. The location was really far from the main part of Tokyo, but we knew that when picking it, but that is something to keep in mind when booking. Expect to take about 1 hr by metro to get into the main areas like Shinjuku, Shibuya, etc. The place was cheap, but we've stayed in cheaper, nicer places in Japan and Tokyo, so I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

The 10 minute walk the 30 minute metro journey into the main parts of Tokyo is a downside. But the room itself is clean and has all the utilities that you would want. Room is very small but balcony helps
