昭和女子大学でライブがあり、近くで値段も安価なため利用しました。インバウンドの影響か、どこのホテルも高く困っておりましたが、Agodaから1人8000円で利用可能だったため予約しました。
部屋は広くはないものの、泊まるだけであれば十分で、立地もとてもよいためおすすめです。
【満足した点】
・受付の方(外国の女性の方)が非常に気さくな方で、とても好印象でした。※AgodaでGoogleアカウントで利用したため、変な名前で予約しており一瞬戸惑ってしまいました。
・アメニティもしっかりしていて満足でした。※歯ブラシ、カミソリ、洗顔(使い切り)、保湿ミルク？(使い切り)、くしがフロントの横にあり、自分で取っていくスタイル。部屋には、ルームウェア、ケトル、ティーカップ、緑茶、ドライヤーあり。
・カードキーのため、特段フロントに声掛けせずに外出可能で良かったです。
・1人一個のお菓子(tottette)もとてもおいしかったです。
【残念な点】
・ルームウェアに2滴くらいの汚れ(血？)が付いてたのが残念でした。

駅から割りと近かったのでそこは良かった。三軒茶屋という若者の街らしくホテルのそばの雰囲気は小綺麗な感じ。受付を済ませ、部屋に入るとまあ狭いし、バストイレが昭和?。今時蛇口が熱い冷たいの温度調節が別々。極力経費節減で部屋に入る前に使い捨ての歯ブラシは受付で貰うシステム。
サービス云々より部屋の狭さと古さに落ち着かない。入り口は二階だから荷物「キャリーバッグ」を持って上がらないと行けない。
受付のところはウェルカムドリンクサービスがあってホッと一息。
前日泊まったところが割りと広めだったから狭く感じるのかも。?
今まで泊まったところに比べるとやっぱり狭いかな。エレベーターも狭かった。外国の方はより狭く感じるのかも。
一階がLAWSONだったから色々と助かりました。

All the equipment was quite old, and the room door didn't always close properly, so I had to push it with force. I didn't think the whole room was that small, but the bathroom was very small and difficult to use.However, the whole place was clean, and even though I was staying alone, there were towels, nightwear, two slippers each, and storage, so I was able to spend a comfortable time except for the bathroom.There was free coffee in the common area of ​​the lobby, and free snacks such as sweets that varied depending on the day at night. The donuts were delicious.Also, when I chose the plan that included breakfast, the Japanese meal set was very delicious. All of the hotel staff were kind and friendly. It would have been perfect if the facilities were a little newer, but it was a hotel where you could feel the warm hospitality of the staff.

Great hotel, after staying in loads of similar hotels over the years I was surprised by how modern, clean and spacious (for Japan). I didn't feel cramped in at all. The staff are wonderful, every one was extremely helpful and very kind. They went over and above to accommodate me and my kid.
And you get free cakes or doughnuts every day and the free unlimited coffee is very good. Location is perfect. Lawson under hotel and station over the road. I stayed for 7 days visiting my brother and family who live in Tokyo. Reccommd 100%. In case anyone from there reads this - thank you very much indeed.

I’ve just finished two nights at The B Sangenjaya hotel. The hotel is along a shopping street about 200 meters from Sangenjaya Station’s north exit. Tons of inexpensive restaurants along this street. I was checked in by a Russian? lady at the front desk. I addressed her in Japanese and she very professionally answered back in Japanese. Our entire conversation was in Japanese and I want to thank her for treating me as a resident and not as a tourist. The Japanese male coworker watching the conversation probably thought it was funny, two non -Japanese communicating fluently in Japanese, but I think we both showed respect to each other’s ability. I checked in very pleased. The room itself is small, but for me it’s just fine. I have a view across the city towards Shinjuku from my room and it’s neither too hot, nor too cold in the room. The bed is hard. Good for your back, but not necessarily comfortable. The bathroom is a typical, small unit bath, but it had the tiniest shower/tub width I’ve seen in years (and I stay in about thirty Japanese hotels each year). I cannot take a shower facing the shower. My shoulders are too wide and hit the curtain and wall. I have to kind of stand sideways. Really frustrating if you are a larger person than the average Japanese. That’s the only reason it’s three stars for me and not four. I like this hotel and the free tarts served in the lobby at night are a nice touch. I will keep it on my Tokyo list as I’m in town often.

A fun and very pleasant stay. I’m very grateful to all the staff, who were patient, attentive and incredibly helpful in giving directions to all the sights I wanted to visit. I’m someone who rarely travels on my own (being an early 60 year old woman and not great with google maps!) and I was nervous and panicked a lot but the staff put me at ease, and I became more confident towards the end of my week’s stay. I enjoyed my daily breakfast at the hotel. The room is clean. The Sengenjaya area is very convenient and great to explore. ||I definitely recommend The b Sengenjaya Hotel to family and friends. ||A big thank you again to The b hotel!
