Great spot in the heart of Shinjuku! While there are shared communal rooms, we were in a private 4-pod room for our stay (for four of us). The room is no larger than 300 sq ft. so if you have a ton of luggage, proceed with caution. We all had duffel bags and 3 ski bags and were able to keep the duffel bags in our pods and stacked the ski bags vertically in the room.

Bathrooms and shower rooms are large and (while busy in the mornings) it wasn't impossible to shower. Code only works for the floor you're staying on (which is great for security reasons) and there is a rooftop deck.

Staff is friendly and accommodating! We sent a package that arrived before we got there and the staff had no issue holding onto it for us. Thank you for a great stay!

This is hands down the best hostel in Tokyo. Everything is exceptionally clean, the bunks are comfortable and have the right amount of privacy. The women’s dormitory felt incredibly safe and was silent almost 24 hours a day. The location is unbeatable. Highly recommend if you’re a solo female traveler!!

泊まってはないのですが、宿泊施設もとても綺麗そうでした。
ブース自体もおしゃれで、バーカウンターのようになっていました。
新宿駅から少し歩きますが、周りが静かなのでその点はいいなと思いました。

A very bad hotelConvenience1. Inconvenient transportation. It takes a long time to walk to the nearest subway station2. There is no 24-hour front desk. After 24:00, there is no one at the front desk and the phone is not connected. You need to operate the iPad to check in. It is very unfriendly to people who have difficulty in English and equipment operation3. No toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. No towels and slippers are OK, but at least they can provide purchase items, but they don’t have them!Environment1. The sound insulation is very poor. The person next to you snores and can’t stay at all2. The ventilation is very poor and it is stuffy3. The smell is very strong. Many backpackers stay in. The hotel does not require shoes to be placed outside. The room stinks! This is the most unbearable point...? I want to vomitSummary! A very bad capsule hotel!

I stopped here in January I would definitely come back here I thought the place was fantastic. The staff are incredible help you with all inquiries thanks for the phone charger and hairbrush ?. They keep the place clean and tidy reception dormitories and bathroom facilities are immaculate everything works perfectly too. Comfortable beds always great after jet lag. Breakfast is included which I thought was great. I met some really cool people here that I would regard as friends for life I ll never forget my stay here the best places to stay in Japan

I stayed in a mixed dorm on the 5F in a space with about 14 beds. Unlike other places where 50 or so beds are in 1 large space, and a single person's noise can disturb everyone, I liked that we were in smaller groups. Like all hostels, ur experience will depend on the group you're in and mine was fantastic. Everyone kept noise to a minimum and the toilets and showers were clean. Beds were comfortable. To give u the best price, amenities like pj's, slippers, towels, TV in the pod will not be available but this was not a problem for me.

The room is very nice, especially the public space, the front desk, and the lobby are all well decorated. There is also a bar in the basement. There are usually foreigners staying here, and the atmosphere is very good for chatting.

初めて東京のカプセルホテルに宿泊しましたが、他の方が言われてるように、まるで海外かと思うくらい日本人はいませんでした。スタッフの方が日本語を話せるので安心しました。でも、英語を話せて他の方とコミュニケーションを取れたらもっと楽しくなっただろうなと思います。
コンサートが終わって急いで帰って、ホテル内の居酒屋でご飯を食べようかと思ったら、食事提供の時間は終わってて、残念でした。なんか軽食だけでもあればなあと思いました。雨がキツく降っててコンビニに行く元気も、なかったのでお腹を空かせたまま眠りました。なので朝食のパンがすこぶる美味しかったです。朝早くすぎて誰もいませんでした（笑）
部屋は狭すぎず広すぎず、清潔でしたが、床には宿泊の方のスプレー缶など転がってました。二段ベッドの上だったのでハシゴが少し怖かったです。
