-AMAZING value for the price. SO SO much better than a hotel in every way. ||||-You feel like a local here, you are on a small quiet street with residences and businesses and people going about their day. We didn't see any other tourists at any point, which was great. ||||-Clean and comfortable. The bed felt great and we slept like babies, the towels were fluffy, the toiletries were nice. The place had a fridge and freezer, electric kettle, electric stove, microwave, toaster oven, blow dryer, iron, television, and a great air conditioner. Everything has instructions and there is a helpful booklet on the desk.||||-Awesome balcony with a cute table and two stools. Great for sitting and having coffee in the morning. There is also a washing machine on the balcony along with a drying rack. We stayed for 10 nights and were happy to be able to wash our clothes. ||||-Excellent location. Nice, safe neighborhood. One block from a main station, so really easy rides to all Tokyo's central areas. There is a 711 next door (24hours) and there's a Welcia store one block down the road. There's also a 24 hour laundromat directly across the street with a large dryers. I also felt safe doing several runs of 6-8km around the neighborhood. ||||-Communication with the hosts during booking/check-in was great. Super friendly, super helpful, and they have made the place so well-equipped and well-labeled that we actually did not need to contact them at any point during our 11-day stay.||||-Using a security code on the doors meant no need to pick up keys. Easy check-in and check-out. ||||Overall, we were so happy with this place. It exceeded our expectations. We were hesitant at first because there were no TripAdvisor reviews to read, but I'm so glad we made the decision to book at Vann Amor. Highly recommend this place!
