ホステルはホステルっていう事で。
働いている人地方の東京に憧れているザコと都内のザコしかいないね。
値段高っかいだけでただのホステルだから。
住み込みの従業員が多くいて友達みたいになりたいならどーぞーって感じのホステル。?
全体的にダメだね。
多国籍のホステルの感じがもう無理。
アメリカ在住10年位だけどね。
渋谷はもう何もないね。
だだの観光地だな。?

Booked a twin bunk bed room for two to stay the night and check in was easy and staff were polite. The room was extremely small, very limited space to fit luggage. We had two back packs which took up the entire floor space. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was clean. Within walking distance to Shinjuku Station. Thank you for a nice stay.

Don’t bother spending the extra money for a private room. Photos on website are extremely misleading. Private rooms do not allow for standing/moving space if there are 2 x 30kg suitcases in there. There is no bag room. You cannot open the door to get out without being squashed between the sink and the door. Asked receptionist to view the dorms and to my surprise they were a lot more spacious! I then asked the receptionist if we could transfer over to the dorms as there was availability and he said there would be no refund and we would have to pay the total in full. Disappointed to say the least as I wouldn’t have expected the extra money back if we were just able to be transferred over.

I think the design of the place is supposed to be "loft style", but in reality it feels like you are a builder sleeping on a construction site of an unfinished building. This place feels worse than the capsule hotels I stayed in previously. It attracts by being relatively cheap and located in the city centre.
I came to Tokyo for work matters and stayed in this place, because everything else in the vicinity was either full or too expensive, because of the tourist influx.

You get to the bedrooms by elevator. On the floor there is a kitchen area, with a one place electric stove, microwave oven, electric cattle, some plates and a fridge. I cannot imagine someone actually cooking there, because the smell would fill the whole floor.

The showers and toilets are on the same floor. The showers are mixed gender, but each one is a single separated cabin that can be locked from inside. There are separate toilets for women.

They don't change the bedsheets (I stayed for 4 days) and you get a single towel for the whole stay. If you want to get another one you have to pay 100 yen, also they don't provide slippers or robes.
The place is somewhat clean, but it feels untidy and unpleasant to stay in. The sinks in the washrooms look like they are going to fall on your legs, because they detached from the wall, probably due to abuse from previous lodgers.

First time visiting Japan, I’ve been scouting for hostels in Shibuya and I found this. Staff Yuki has been helpful with my unplanned booking and it was such an easy transaction! The place is affordable, clean and well-managed?

Stayed more than 2 weeks in this place. The staffs were very nice and I enjoyed my stay. The first floor is also a restaurant that is open during the day.
Location wise is 16 mins walk to shibuya station. I stayed in the mix dormitory and it is a hit and miss since you don't know who will be mindful of other people or not. Overall, it was a great.

Ridiculous. We chose this hostel as it was a good price for Tokyo and theres a 11pm noise restriction. Unfortunately this rule is not followed and enforced by staff let alone the other customers. Music blared until 2am, to which myself and my partner went down to complain about this as we valued a good nights sleep, as our next few days were going to be busy and we did not want to be exhausted exploring Tokyo. The staff at first laughed it off, then when he seen we were serious he turned the music down a bit. We asked if we could change rooms to get away from some of the noise, they were reluctant at first and then decided to let us stay a floor up, which didn't make much of a difference. The noise still persisted all night and into the morning, now mainly from inconsiderate drunk guests. In our original shared dorm room we also had a lady (she was either on drugs or very mentally unwell) whom say brushing her teeth with an electric toothbrush for 1 hour straight in the middle of the room clearly not very mentally stable, she was also very invasive and made me and my partner feel unsafe and worried about our belongings. I understand this isn't the hostels fault but maybe they should consider who they place into the rooms with other people.

After all of this chaos in one night, we had informed the hostel staff that we cannot stay here and will be booking another hotel. We had to ask for a refund, to which they said the manager would get back to me about. This then took a very long time and I had to keep contacting the hostel for a response on whether I would receive the refund. We then had it confirmed we would get a refund, this then took weeks and weeks to receive. Again I had to chase it up, and staff lied saying my refund had been processed for me to find out weeks later it had Infact not because the manager had the emailed myself to confirm my card details and that he was now processing it.

So lying staff, loud inconsiderate guests, loud inconsiderate staff that break their own rules, a chase for a well reasoned refund that they were very reluctant to give, not a minutes night sleep, and just a total chaotic interaction from start to finish with this place I would recommend looking into other accommodation and considering spending a little bit more for a better stay somewhere else.

If you actually want to get some sleep i do not recommend!! You are right on the main road and the traffic is ridiculously noisy! The staff and the hostel itself are great. It has been a couple years since staying in hostels and it seems these days no one has any consideration or awareness of their surroundings and are happy to make noise and bang things around until 2am and then same at 4/5am, everyones up and chatting by 7, i found it soooo rude! And yes i had earplugs in. Quite disappointed.
